Կարսում թուրք-«ադրբեջանական» զորավարժությունը ձմեռային պայմաններում հարձակողական գործողությունների պլանով լայն արձագանք է ունեցել Հայաստանում, թուրքական ռազմական սպառնալիքի առումով։ Միեւնույն ժամանակ, այն ունի նաեւ քաղաքական խորհրդանշականություն ներկայիս իրողությունների համատեքստում։

2021-ին լրանում է Մոսկվայի ու Կարսի ռուս-թուրքական արյունոտ պայմանագրերի 100-ամյակը, որոնցով գծվել է ռուս-թուրքական սահմանը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության բաժանումով․ Կարսը, Արդահանը, Սուրմալու-Արարատը Մոսկվան նվիրաբերեց Թուրքիային, Նախիջեւանն անցավ Բաքվի պրոտեկտորատի տակ։ ԽՍՀՄ փլուզումից հետո ռուս-թուրքական սահմանը «միջնորդավորվեց» անկախ Հայաստանով, թեեւ այդ սահմանի հսկողությունը մնաց Մոսկվայի իրավասության տակ։

Անկախ Հայաստանի գոյությունը, կամ ինչպես Կրեմլի հետ կապված «հայամետ» փորձագետներն են բնորոշում՝ Մոսկվայի ու Կարսի պայմանագրերի «կոռոզիան», լուրջ խնդիր է դիտարկվում Ռուսաստանում ու Թուրքիայում՝ աշխարհքաղաքական ու քաղաքակրթական առումով, գումարելով ռուսների ու թուրքերի բարդույթները հայերի հանդեպ։ Արցախյան պատերազմի համատեղ պլանավորումն ու համաձայնությունները «կոռոզիան» դադարեցնելու փորձ են, Ղարաբաղի օկուպացիայով եւ ռուս-թուրքական արդեն անմիջական սահմանով՝ Աղդամի համատեղ կենտրոնի ու խաղաղապահների տեղակայման գծով։

Պատերազմի օրերին Ռուսաստանը եւ ՀԱՊԿ-ը հրաժարվեցին Հայաստանի հանդեպ պայմանագրային պարտավորություններից։ Ռուս-թուրքական նոր սահմանից այս կողմ մոսկովյան առաջադրանքով` Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի բնորոշմամբ «անվտանգության նոր համակարգ» է ստեղծվում։ Մոսկվան «հեռանում» է Հայաստանից, անցնելով նեոգաղութատիրական ռեժիմի, ներքին ու արտաքին սպառնալիքների գեներացմամբ։ Հայաստանը չպետք է «բաժին հասնի» Արեւմուտքին, ինչպես Վրաստանը, Ուկրաինան կամ Մոլդովան, այդպես են կարծում մոսկովյան պլանավորողները։ Թուրքիան պատրաստ է Մոսկվայի այդ ցանկություններին, Կարսի զորավարժությունն այդ առումով «ունիվերսալ» միջոցառում է ներկայիս հանգրվանում։

Ինչպե՞ս կզարգանան իրադարձությունները։ Հայաստանում ոչ մի իշխանություն ու քաղաքական ուժ այդպես էլ չհամարձակվեց դնել 1921-ի արյունոտ պայմանագրերի հարցը ներքին ու միջազգային հարթակներում, ինչն անկասկած զսպող դեր կունենար հայկական անվտանգային միջավայրի համար։
