Անընդունելի է Հայաստանի «Կարմիր գրքում» գրանցված որևէ կենդանատեսակի հանդեպ ոտնձգությունը։ Այս մասին հաղորդագրություն է տարածել Շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարությունը:

Հաղորդագրության մեջ նաեւ ասվում է. «Econews.am բնապահպանական տեղեկատվական հարթակն ահազանգել է Հանքավանի «Նաիրի Սպա Ռեզորթս» հյուրանոցային համալիրի տարածքում կարմիրգրքյան գորշ արջի՝ անազատության մեջ, անբարենպաստ պահման պայմանների վերաբերյալ։

Շրջակա միջավայրի նախարար Ռոմանոս Պետրոսյանի հանձնարարականով համապատասխան գրություն է ուղարկվել ՀՀ Բնապահպանության և ընդերքի տեսչական մարմին՝ դեպքը մանրամասն ուսումնասիրելու, հանգամանքները պարզելու և համապատասխան միջոցներ ձեռնարկելու համար։

Խիստ դատապարտում ենք նման վերաբերմունքը կենդանիների նկատմամբ և հորդորում՝ զերծ մնալ Հայաստանի «Կարմիր գրքում» գրանցված որևէ կենդանատեսակի հանդեպ դաժան վերաբերմունք դրսևորելու մերժելի գործելաոճից։

Ոլորտը կարգավորող «Կենդանական աշխարհի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքն այս պահին լրամշակման փուլում է։ Մասնավորապես, նախատեսվում է սահմանել անազատ եւ կիսաազատ պայմաններում վայրի կենդանիների, այդ թվում ՀՀ կարմիր գրքում գրանցված կենդանիների հաշվառման, նրանց պահելու թույլտվություն տալու, սկսած երկրորդ կենսունակ սերնդից կենդանու օգտագործման կարգերը։

Հիշեցնենք նաև, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կենդանիների «Կարմիր գրքում» գրանցված գորշ արջ սպանելու համար նախատեսված է պատասխանատվություն ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքով․

տուգանք՝ նվազագույն աշխատավարձի 400-600-պատիկի չափով

կամ կալանք՝ 2-3 ամիս ժամկետով՝ 1-ից 5 միլիոն դրամ վնասի վերականգնմամբ։

ՀՀ բոլոր քաղաքացիներին ևս մեկ անգամ հորդորում ենք նման դեպքերում անհապաղ ահազանգել ՀՀ Ոստիկանություն, Բնապահպանության և ընդերքի տեսչական մարմին կամ դիմել Շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարություն»։
