Յունիբանկը թողարկել է 10.5% և 5.3% եկամտաբերությամբ դրամային և դոլարային պարտատոմսեր

Յունիբանկն այսօր թողարկեց դրամային և դոլարային պարտատոմսեր արժեկտրոնային բարձր եկամտաբերությամբ՝  համապատասխանաբար 10.5%  և 5.3% տարեկան: Դրամային պարտատոմսերի թողարկման  ծավալը  կազմում է 1 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամ, դոլարային պարտատոմսերինը՝ 5 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար: ՀՀ դրամի դեպքում պարտատոմսերի շրջանառության ժամկետը սահմանվել է 27 ամիս, դոլարի դեպքում՝ 36 ամիս: Արժեկտրոնային եկամուտը կվճարվի եռամսյակը մեկ:
 
Յունիբանկի պարտատոմսերը կարելի է ձեռքբերել բանկի գլխամասային գրասենյակում կամ 53 մասնաճյուղերից ցանկացածում: Սա Յունիբանկի թվով 13 և 14  թողարկումներն են: Թողարկման տեղաբաշխումը նախատեսվում է ավարտել մինչև 2021թ.-ի մարտի 25-ը, որից հետո պարտատոմսերը կցուցակվեն AMX Հայաստանի ֆոնդային բորսայում: Պարտատոմսերի երկրորդային ցուցակումը կիրականացվի Մոսկվայի բորսայում, ինչի շնորհիվ ռուսաստանյան ներդրողները կարող են դրանք ձեռքբերել առանց Հայաստանում հաշիվ բացելու:

Պարտատոմսերի հիմնական առավելությունները երաշխավորված բարձր եկամուտն ու ապահովվածությունն է: «Ֆիզիկական անձանց բանկային ավանդների հատուցումը երաշխավորելու մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի համաձայն, բանկի կողմից թողարկված անվանական պարտատոմսերով ներգրավված դրամական միջոցները համարվում են երաշխավորված բանկային ավանդ և երաշխավորված են «Ավանդների հատուցումը երաշխավորող հիմնադրամի» կողմից: Ի դեպ՝ 2020թ.-ի դեկտեմբերի 1-ից երաշխավորված ավանդների սահմանաչափերը բարձրացվել են: Միայն դրամային ավանդի դեպքում այն կազմում է 16 միլիոն դրամ, արտարժութային ավանդի դեպքում` 7 միլիոն դրամ:
 
Եվս կարևոր առավելություն է, որ  Հայաստանի Ֆոնդային բորսայում ցուցակված երկու կամ ավելի տարի մարման ժամկետով պարտատոմսերից ստացված եկամուտը հարկման ենթակա չէ:
