«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է.
Ոստիկանության ներքին զորքերի նախկին հրամանատար Լեւոն Երանոսյանին պատերազմի օրերին Շուշիի բերդ տանելու գործով նրա պաշտպանը բողոք է ներկայացրել Գլխավոր դատախազություն։ Պաշտպանն ընթացքից լուր չունի, սակայն իրավապահ մեր աղբյուրներից տեղեկացանք, որ այն ընթացք է ստացել։ Դիմումը վերահասցեագրվել է Արցախի կառույցներին։
Հիշեցնենք․ հոկտեմբերի 9-ին Երանոսյանը բերման էր ենթարկվել, նրա տեղը ոչ ոք չգիտեր։ 1 ամիս անց Երանոսյանը հայտնեց, որ իրեն տարել էին Շուշիի բերդ, թուրք գերիների հետ պահել։ Պատճառը հայտնի չէ։ Մեզ ասացին, որ Երանոսյանին չեզոքացնելու հանձարարություն է եղել Արցախի իրավապահներին։ Նրան Շուշիի բերդում այցելել են Արցախի դատախազն ու քննչականի պետը, Արցախի նախագահը նրանց ուղարկել է նրա հետ հանդիպելու եւ թեման փակելու։ Նրանք արդարացել են, որ անձնական ոչինչ չունեն, հարգում են իրեն, բայց հանձնարարություն են կատարում։ Երանոսյանը պատասխանել է, որ ժամանակը կգա, եւ մեղավորները պատասխան կտան։ Այդ դեպքերի 4 գլխավոր գործող անձանից 3-ը պաշտոնանկ են արվել՝ գլխավոր դատախազ Մհեր Աղաջանյանը, ոստիկանապետ Աշոտ Հակոբջանյանը, ԱԱԾ պետ Կամո Աղաջանյանը, քննչականի պետը պաշտոնավարում է։
Թե ինչ հանգուցալուծում կստանա այս գործը, հայտնի չէ, ամեն դեպքում՝ ուժայինները պնդում են, որ այդ օրերին ժամանակ չեն ունեցել մանրամասն ստուգելու հրահանգի օրինականությունը։ Երանոսյանն էլ իր պատիվն ու արժանապատվությունը վերականգնելու հարցում մարտական է տրամադրված եւ պատրաստվում է մինչեւ վերջ գնալ։
