«Փետրվարի 7-ին Ազգային ժողովի «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցությունը հանդիպում է ունեցել վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ, որի արդյունքների մասին հաղորդագրությամբ տեղեկացրել է, որ արտահերթ ընտրություններ չեն կայանալու։

«Հանդիպման արդյունքում արձանագրվել է, որ արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ անցկացնելու մասին վարչապետի առաջարկը դրական արձագանք չի ստացել խորհրդարանական ընդդիմության կողմից, հասարակության լայն շերտերի շրջանում չկա արտահերթ ընտրությունների պահանջ, «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցությունը շարունակում է աջակցել վարչապետին և կառավարությանը նոյեմբերի 18-ին ներկայացված ճանապարհային քարտեզի իրականացման գործում»,- ասված է «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության տարածած հաղորդագրության մեջ։

Դրանում, սակայն, չի մասնավորեցվում՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյա՞նն է առաջարկել հրաժարվել արտահերթ ընտրություններից, և «Իմ քայլը» համաձայնել է, թե՞ հակառակը։ Այդուհանդերձ, կարելի է ենթադրել, որ տեղի է ունեցել երկրորդ տարբերակը, քանի որ արտահերթ ընտրությունների անցկացման անհրաժեշտության մասին հայտարարել էր ինքը՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, ով այս որոշմամբ արձանագրում է իր կողմից տրված հերթական խոստման չկատարումը կամ սուտը։

Փաստորեն, ըստ իշխող կուսակցության չհերքված գնահատականի՝ ուսապարկերի հավաքականությունը՝ «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցությունը, սեփական դիրքորոշում էլ ունի և այդ մասին հայտնում է այնպիսի շեշտադրմամբ, կարծես այդ դիրքորոշումը պարտադրել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին։ Իսկ դա նշանակում է, որ տեղի է ունեցել ուսապարկերի հեղափոխություն, և պարգևավճարներից զրկվելու հեռանկարից սարսափած իմքայլականները կարողացել են Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին համոզել կամ պարտադրել, որ պետք է պահպանել ստատուս-քվոն և հրաժարվել արտահերթ ընտրությունների գաղափարից։

Դրանով, սակայն, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի սեփական խմբակցությունը ռումբ է դրել հենց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանության տակ։ Պատերազմից հետո երկրում ստեղծված ծայրահեղ խորը քաղաքական ճգնաժամը որևէ կերպ չի մեղմացել, քանի որ չեն վերացել այդ ճգնաժամի առաջացման հիմքերը։ Արտահերթ ընտրություններն այդ ճգնաժամի հաղթահարման գուցե ոչ լավագույն, այդուհանդերձ, քաղաքական միջոց էին, ինչը կարող էր առնվազն լիցքաթափել ճգնաժամը։

Հրաժարվելով արտահերթ ընտրությունների գաղափարից՝ իշխանությունը նպաստելու է քաղաքական մթնոլորտի կամ փողոցի արմատականացմանը, ինչն էլ իր հերթին՝ մեծացնելու է ճգնաժամը հաղթահարելու ոչ քաղաքական ու այդմով՝ վտանգավոր դրսևորումների հավանականությունը։ Արտահերթ ընտրություններից հրաժարվելու քայլը նման է մոտավորապես նրան, երբ բժիշկը հրաժարվում է մահացու հիվանդ պացիենտի՝ ոչ երաշխավորված, բայց գոնե փրկության շանս ունեցող վիրահատությունից՝ նրան թողնելով դանդաղ կամ ոչ այնքան դանդաղ մահանալ։

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կայացրել է Հայաստանը, այդ թվում՝ իր իշխանությունը մահվան դատապարտելու որոշումը, որը կարող է ճակատագրական լինել ոչ միայն իր համար»,-գրում է թերթը:
