ԼՂՀ ԱԳ նախարար Կարեն Միրզոյանն «Ամերիկայի ձայն»-ի հետ զրույցում անդրադարձել է ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության կարգավորման գործում ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների դիքորոշմանը, կարգավորման գործընթացում ԼՂՀ դերին, շփման գծում աճող լարվածության վրա Ռուսաստանի և Թուրքիայի վատթարացող հարաբերությունների հնարավոր ազդեցությանը:

«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` Կարեն Միրզոյանը նշել է, որ ԼՂՀ-ն միշտ բարձր է գնահատել ադրբեջանա-ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորման գործընթացում համանախագահների միասնականությունը, ու չնայած տարբեր միջազգային հարցերի շուրջ նրանք ունեն տարաձայնություններ, բայց ղարաբաղյան հիմնախնդրի կարգավորման պարագայում համանախագահները հանդես են գալիս համաձայնեցված ընդհանուր դիրքորոշմամբ։

Մեկնաբանելով Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի և Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի շփման գծում լարվածության աճը, ԼՂՀ ԱԳՆ ղեկավարը ընդգծել է, որ ադրբեջանա-ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորման գործընթացում ԼՂՀ-ի, որպես լիարժեք կողմի, ներգրավումը, ինչպես եղել է 90-ականներին, թույլ կտա իրական առաջընթաց ապահովել և հասնել վերջնական կարգավորման։ Կարեն Միրզոյանը նաև կարևորել է միասնական քայլերի ձեռնարկումը՝ լարվածության մակարդակը նվազեցնելու համար։ Պատասխանելով շփման գծում աճող լարվածության վրա Ռուսաստանի և Թուրքիայի վատթարացող հարաբերությունների հնարավոր ազդեցության մասին հարցին՝ Կարեն Միրզոյանը կարծիք է հայտնել. «Ռուսաստանի և Թուրքիայի միջև առկա այս թնջուկը ունի և ունենալու է իր լուրջ անդրադարձը ընդհանուր տարածաշրջանային զարգացումների վրա»:
