Հայաստանում ՌԴ դեսպանությունը վերսկսում է փաստաթղթերի ընդունումն ու մուտքի արտոնագրերի տրամադրումը

Հայաստանում Ռուսաստանի դեսպանությունը 2021 թվականի փետրվարի 10-ից վերսկսում է փաստաթղթերի ընդունումը և ՌԴ մուտքի արտոնագրերի տրամադրումը մի շարք օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիների համար: Այս մասին հայտնում է ТАСС գործակալությունը՝ վկայակոչելով դիվանագիտական առաքելության մամուլի ծառայությանը:
«2021 թվականի փետրվարի 10-ից Հայաստանում Ռուսաստանի դեսպանության հյուպատոսական բաժինը վերսկսում է փաստաթղթերի ընդունումն ու ՌԴ մուտքի արտոնագրերի տրամադումն օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիներին՝ ըստ հետևյալ կատեգորիաների. քաղաքացիություն չունեցող անձանց, որոնք ապրում են Հայաստանում և Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն այցելելու հրավեր ունեն՝ ըստ սահմանված ձևաթղթի կամ ՌԴ ՆԳՆ հաստատված փաստաթղթի, որը հաստատում է ռուսերենի կրողի կարգավիճակը, ինչպես նաև օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիներին, որոնք կացության իրավունք ունեն Հայաստանում»,- ասվում է դեսպանատան հաղորդագրության մեջ:
Ռուսական դեսպանության հյուպատոսական բաժնի աշխատանքում սահմանափակումներ էին մտցվել 2020 թվականի մարտին՝ պայամանվորված կորոնավիրուսի համավարակով և Հայաստանում հայտարարված արտակարգ դրության ռեժիմով:
