Քանի՞ գործուղում է իրականացվել պատերազմի 44 օրերի ընթացքում ՀՀ Կառավարությունից Արցախ, և ո՞վ է դրա համար վճարել

«2020 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 27-ին Ադրբեջանի սանձազերծած 44-օրյա պատերազմի ընթացքում Հայաստանի վարչապետի աշխատակազմից դեպի Արցախ իրականացվել է ընդամենը մեկ գործուղում՝ այն էլ՝ վարչապետի աշխատակազմի ղեկավարի օգնականների, արարողակարգի բաժնի մասնագետի և գործերի կառավարչության տրանսպորտային բաժնի վարորդի կազմով։ Այդ գործուղման համար հատկացվել է 44 հազար դրամ գումար»,- 168.am-ի գրավոր հարցերին ի պատասխան՝ հայտնում են Կառավարությունից։
Կառավարությունից տեղեկացրել են նաև, որ միաժամանակ պետական կառավարման համակարգի մարմիններից դեպի Արցախի հանրապետություն իրականացվել է 6 գործուղում, որի համար հատկացվել է 231 հազար դրամ։
Կառավարությունից ստացված պատասխանից պարզ է դառնում, որ պատերազմի 44 օրերի ընթացում պաշտոնյաներն ու պետական համակարգի աշխատողները դեպի Արցախ իրականացրել են ընդամենը 7 գործուղում, որի համար հարկատուներիս վճարած հարկերից գոյացած բյուջեից հատկացվել է 275 հազար դրամ։
Այսինքն, պատերազմական օրերին մի կողմից՝ պաշտոնյաները հարկատուներին կոչ էին անում ակտիվորեն գումարներ փոխանցել «Հայաստան» համահայկական հիմնադրամին, մյուս կողմից՝ գործուղում են ձևակերպել ու ստացել են պետական բյուջեից հատկացվելիք գումարը: Թեև տրամաբանությունը և բարոյականությունը հուշում են, որ երկրում ստեղծված նման իրավիճակներում պաշտոնյան հատկացված գումարը լավագույն դեպքում պետք է փոխանցեր զինվորական կարիքների համար համապատասխան հիմնադրամին կամ հենց Հայաստան համահայկական հիմնադրամին:
Հիշեցնենք, որ պատերազմի 44 օրերի ընթացքում համայն հայությունը «Հայաստան» համահայկական հիմնադրամին փոխանցել է 170 միլիոն դոլար, որից 52 միլիարդ 703 միլիոնը փոխանցվել է Կառավարությանը, և պատերազմի ավարտից 3 ամիս անց էլ Կառավարությունը հաշվետվություն չի ներկայացրել, թե մեր հայրենակիցների փոխանցած նրանց աշխատավարձերը, խնայողությունները կոնկրետ ի՞նչ ծրագրերի համար է ծախսվել։
