Արայիկ Հարությունյանը գաղտնի հանդիպումներ է ունենում Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի ներկայացուցչի հետ

Օրերս պարզվեց, որ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև գաղտնի հուշագիր է ստորագրվել։ Այդ հուշագրի առաջին կետով Ադրբեջանին է հանձնվել Սանասարի (նախկ․ Ղուբաթլու) և Կովսականի (Զանգելան) այն հատվածները, որոնք նոյեմբերի 10 եռակողմ հայտարարությամբ չպետք է հանձնվեին Ադրբեջանին, սակայն ավելի ուշ, Փաշինյանը «շտկել է իր սխալը»՝ տարածքները գաղտնի հանձնելու որոշում կայացրել։
Պարզվում է Հայաստանի և Արցախի իշխանությունները այս ընթացքում ամենատարբեր հարցերի շուրջ գաղտնի բանակցություններ են վարում Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների հետ։ Politik.am-ի տեղեկությունների համաձայն, Արցախի նախագահի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող Արայիկ Հարությունյանը գաղտնի հանդիպումներ է ունենում Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի ներկայացուցչի հետ։ Հանդիպումները կազմակերպվում են ՌԴ մայրաքաղաք Մոսկվայում։ Հենց այս հանդիպումներով է պայամանվորված վերջին շրջանում Հարությունյանի ակտիվ այցերը Մոսկվա։
«Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ այս փուլում Ադրբեջանի հետ բանակցվում է էլեկտրաէներգիայի և գազի հարցը։ Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները պահանջում են, որպեսզի Արցախը դադարի դրանք ստանալ Հայաստանից։ Որպես բոնուս Ադրբեջանն առաջարկում է համաձայնության դեպքում առավել էժան գնով հոսանք և գազ մատակարարել Արցախին։
Այս քայլով Ադրբեջանը նպատակ ունի էներգետիկ անվտանգության առումով Արցախին ևս կտրել Հայաստանից ու մեծացնել կախվածությունն իրենից։ Մեր տեղեկություններով Արցախի իշխանությունները դեռևս դիմադրում են, սակայն վախ կա, որ, ի վերջո, ստիպված կլինեն համաձայնել։
Փորձեցինք գաղտնի բանակցությունների վերաբերյալ մեկնաբանություններ ստանալ Արցախի նախագահի աշխատակազմից, սակայն նրանց հետ կապ հաստատել չհաջողվեց։ Արցախի իշխանություններն, ըստ էության, չեն ցանկանում հանրությանը տեղեկացնել ընթացող գործընթացների մասին և գուցե մի օր էլ այս մասով անակնկալի գանք և պարզվի, որ այս մասով ևս գաղտնի հուշագիր կա ստորագրված»,-գրում է լրատվամիջոցը:
