Ես քիչ առաջ դուրս եմ եկել Ազգային անվտանգության շենքից, որտեղ հրավիրվել էի վկայի կարգավիճակով՝ ցուցմունք տալու համար: Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում հայտնել է «Ադեկվատ» միաբանության ղեկավար Արթուր Դանիելյանը:
«Մեր ազգային անվտանգությունն իմ ցուցմունքներն ուզում էր ստանալ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 364 հովածի 3-րդ մասով հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջանակներում, այդ հոդվածով դատում են դասալիքներին: Ինչքան հասկացանք, մեզ դասալիք լինելու մեջ չեն մեղադրում, բայց գործի շրջանակներում, որպես ձեռք բերված ապացույց էր ներկայացվում իմ տեսաուղերձներից մեկում հնչած որոշակի տեղեկություններ»,- նշեց նա:
Դանիելյանի խոսքով՝ քրեական գործը հարուցվել է, քանի որ իշխանությունները պատվեր են իջեցրել իրավապահ մարմիններին՝ դատախազություն և քննիչներին, որ այս կապիտուլյացիայի մեղավորներին գտնեն և «ինչ-որ մեկի վրա մեղքը բարդեն»:
«Ես իմ տեսաուղերձներից մեկում նշել եմ, որ «Ադեկվատի» տղաները հրետակոծվող Աղդամից չէին փախել, որովհետև խենթ էին, միայն խենթը կարող էր առանց զրահաբաճկոնի, սաղավարտի, զենք -զինամթերքի հրետակոծության տակ սպասել, ու իրավապահ մարմինները, հետևաբար, փորձելու են գտնել այդ մարդկանց, ովքեր մեր տղաներին առանց զենք-զինամթերքի ուղարկել էին հետակոծվող շրջան, և հնարավոր է դա պարզեն, մինչդեռ իրականությունը հակառակն է: Իրականում Ասկերանի 4-րդ պաշտպանական շրջանի անձնակազմին որևէ պրետենզիա չեմ կարող ներկայացնել, որոնք պատերազմի ողջ ընթացում կատարել են իրենց պարտականություները՝ գնդի հրամանատարից սկսած, վաշտի հրամանատար և դա հիմք է, որ Ասկերանում որևէ միլիմետր թշնամին չի կարողացել առաջ գալ»,- նշեց նա:
