ՀՀ ՄԻՊ Արման Թաթոյանն իր էջում գրել է.

«Հերթական ապացույցները Ադրբեջանում հայատյացության պետական քաղաքականության ու հայերի նկատմամբ էթնիկ հիմքով թշնամանքի խորքային արմատների վերաբերյալ:

Ադրբեջանի նախագահի պաշտոնական ուղերձները Հայաստանի ու հայերի մասին՝

1) մենք շարունակելու ենք վռնդել այդ սուտասաններին (նկատի ունի հայերին): Նրանք տեսնում են, որ մենք իրենց դաս ենք տալիս, որը նրանք երբեք չեն մոռանա.

2) նրանք ո´չ խիղճ ունեն, ո´չ բարոյականություն.

3) նրանք նույնիսկ ուղեղ չունեն.

4) 30 տարի այն (նկատի ունի Արցախը և մանավորապես` Ֆիզուլին [Վարանդան]) եղել է վայրի հրեշների ձեռքում, վայրի գազանների ձեռքում, շակալների ձեռքում.

5) Ֆիզուլիի մնացորդները հայկական ֆաշիզմի ցուցադրությունն են և վկայում են հայկական ֆաշիզմի մասին:

6) կարծես վայրի ցեղ էր տիրել քաղաքին.

7) մենք պետք է տանենք ավելի ուժեղ պայքար Հայաստանի դեմ ու ավելացնենք պայքարի կշիռը: Մենք այն մեկուսացրել ենք միջազգային և տարածաշրջանային բոլոր ծրագրերից:

Այս նույն բառերն են օգտագործում նաև ադրբեջանական զինվորականները հայկական կողմի զինծառայողների ու քաղաքացիական անձանց սպանության, նրանց խոշտանգելու ու անմարդկային վերաբերմունքի ենթարկելու տեսանյութերում:

Մանրամասներն արտացոլված են Հայաստանի ու Արցախի Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանների 2020թ. համատեղ արտահերթ զեկույցում, որ վերաբերում է Ադրբեջանում էթնիկ հայերի նկատմամբ կազմակերպված ատելության խոսքին և թշնամանքին` որպես պատերազմի ընթացքում ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի կողմից էթնիկ պատկանելիության հիմքով խոշտանգումների ու անմարդկային վերաբերմունքի պատճառներ»:
