ՊԵԿ ներկայացուցիչները հանդիպել են տասնմեկ ոլորտի հարկ վճարողների հետ

Փետրվարի 10-ից 12-ը Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի ներկայացուցիչները հանդիպումներ ու քննարկումներ են ունեցել տասնմեկ ոլորտի հարկ վճարողների հետ։ Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է ՊԵԿ-ը:
ՊԵԿ հարկ վճարողների ընթացիկ հսկողության հարկային տեսչություն-վարչության պետ Արթուր Հարությունյանի խոսքով՝ նման միջոցառումները միտված են հարկ վճարող-կոմիտե հարաբերությունները տեղափոխել ավելի անմիջական և գործընկերային դաշտ՝ առկա խնդիրները քննարկելու և համատեղ լուծումներ գտնելու համար։ Նա նշել է, որ հաճախ հանդիպող ռիսկերը հիմնականում վերաբերում են չգրանցված աշխատողներ ունենալուն, աշխատավարձի իրական ծավալների չհայտարարագրմանը, իրացման շրջանառության, այդ թվում՝ վաճառվող ապրանքների (արտադրանքի) գների թերհայտարարագրմանը, ինչպես նաև ՀԴՄ կտրոն չտրամադրելու կամ այլ ծառայություն նշելու դեպքերին։ Վարչության պետը հարկ վճարողներին հայտնել է, որ նախորդ տարվա եկամտահարկի համահարթեցմամբ պայմանավորված՝ աշխատողներ չգրանցելը իրականում անհասկանալի է, քանի որ ստեղծված պայմաններում նման ռիսկերն արդարացված չեն։
Հանդիպման մասնակիցներին ներկայացվել են համակարգում իրականացված բարեփոխումները, վարչարարության հիմնական ուղղությունները, հսկողական աշխատանքների արդյունավետության բարձրացմանն ուղղված քայլերը, մասնավորապես, ռիսկերի գնահատման մասով ՊԵԿ ռեսուրսների կատարելագործումը։
Ըստ ՊԵԿ հետաքննության և օպերատիվ հետախուզության վարչության պետ Վահան Չարխիֆալակյանի՝ ՊԵԿ-ը կիրառում է անհրաժեշտ բոլոր միջոցները առկա ռիսկերի նույնականացման ու վերլուծության համար։ Նա նշել է, որ ՊԵԿ հետաքննության և օպերատիվ հետախուզության վարչության աշխատակիցները, ստանալով տեղեկատվություն, անհրաժեշտության դեպքում միջոցներ են ձեռնարկում, թե՛ գնահատված ռիսկերը հաստատելու, թե՛ հերքելու ուղղությամբ։ ՊԵԿ-ի կողմից իրականացվում են բոլոր քայլերը հարկ վճարողների հետ հարաբերություններում խոչընդոտները հարթելու համար։
ՊԵԿ մասնագետներն ընդգծել են, որ այս քննարկումները մեծացնում են հարկ վճարողների ներգրավվածությունը կոմիտեի գործառույթներին՝ հնարավորություն ընձեռելով նրանց ներկայացնել տեսակետներ, առաջարկներ և ստանալ լիարժեք տեղեկատվություն իրենց գործունեության արդյունավետության բարձրացման համար։
Տնտեսավարողների հետ այս ձևաչափով հանդիպումները լինելու են շարունակական։
