«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է.
Մեկ ամսից ավելի է՝ Պետական վերահսկողական ծառայությունը Covid-19-ի գծով ստուգումներ է իրականացնում առողջապահական համակարգում՝ նախարարություն, բուժհաստատություններ։ Ստուգում են, թե համավարակի համար բյուջեից եւ դրսից ուղարկված ֆինանսական աջակցության միջոցները որքանով են արդյունավետ օգտագործվել։ Ստուգումները դեռ չեն ավարտվել, ՊՎԾ պետը երեկ մեզ ասաց, որ չի կարող ասել, թե երբ կավարտվեն դրանք, երկար գործընթաց է, ստուգումներին կհաջորդի հաշվետվությունը վարչապետին։ Այլ մանրամասներ հայտնել չի կարող։
Կան տեղեկություններ, որ վարչապետին ենթակա մարմնի կողմից նման ստուգումների պատճառը եղել է Արսեն Թորոսյանի՝ առողջապահության նախարարի պաշտոնից հրաժարականը, որի մասին նախապես տեղեկացված է եղել Փաշինյանը։ Թորոսյանը ցանկացել է ընդհանրապես հեռանալ իշխանությունից, սակայն Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ստուգումների «զենքով» նրան պահել է իր կողքին։ Որքան ժամանակ կմնա, այդքան ժամանակ ստուգումների արդյունքները «չեն հրապարակվի»։ Տեղեկացանք նաեւ, որ Հաշվեքննիչ պալատն էլ է օրերս ստուգումներ սկսել առողջապահության համակարգում, սակայն դրանք պլանային են՝ նախապես ծրագրված, ուստի ՊՎԾ-ի հետ ուղղակի համընկել են։
