Հասարակության գիտակցության ու հոգեբանության մեջ քաղաքականությունը նույնացվել է փողոցային «ղալմաղալի» հետ. «168 ժամ»

«2018 թվականին տեղի ունեցած հեղափոխությունը կամ  իշխանափոխությունն իր բնույթով հակաքաղաքական երևույթ էր։ Դա քաղաքականության վախճանի հավաստիքն էր, որովհետև, եթե երկրում գոյություն ունենար մրցակցային ու կենսունակ քաղաքական համակարգ, հեղափոխություն չէր կարող տեղի ունենալ։

2018 թվականի ապրիլ-մայիսին քաղաքականությունը վերջնականապես գնաց փողոց ու կնքեց իր մահկանացուն։ Դրանից հետո, արդեն շուրջ երեք տարի քաղաքականությունը ո՛չ վերակենդանացել է, ո՛չ էլ, առավել ևս, փողոցից վերադարձել է համապատասխան հարթակներ։ 2018-ի խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները և դրանց արդյունքում ձևավորված Ազգային ժողովն ուղղակի ծաղր էին քաղաքականության հանդեպ։ Այդ ընտրությունների արդյունքներն ու Ազգային ժողովի բովանդակությունը ցույց տվեցին, որ ավելի լավ է քաղաքականությունն այդպես էլ մնա փողոցում, քան վերադառնա այնպիսի խորհրդարան, որտեղ կա ամեն ինչ, բացի քաղաքականությունից։

Բայց խնդիրը միայն քաղաքականության դրսևորման ֆորմալ հարթությունը չէ, այն ավելի խորքային է։ Հասարակության գիտակցության ու հոգեբանության մեջ քաղաքականությունը նույնացվել է փողոցի, փողոցային ղալմաղալի հետ, և հիմա նրան առաջարկվող ցանկացած քաղաքական այլընտրանք ուղղակի հանդիպում է պատի, քանի որ հասարակության համար քաղաքականությունը սկսվում ու վերջանում է՝ փողոց փակելով, իդեալական քաղաքական գործիչն էլ նա է, ով ավելի բարձր ու ավելի լաչառ տեքստեր կարտաբերի փողոցում։

Այս տեսանկյունից հնարավոր արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների անցկացումը գուցե իսկապես հանրային աջակցություն չի վայելում՝ ոչ այն պատճառով, որ հասարակությունը փոփոխություններ չի ցանկանում, այլ որովհետև նրա համար ցանկացած փոփոխություն, ի վերջո, նույնանում է փողոցի հետ։

Միևնույն ժամանակ՝ հասարակության վարքագծում կա հակասականություն այն առումով, որ փողոցը համարելով փոփոխությունների միակ հնարավորություն, մարդիկ, այդուհանդերձ, մերժում են նաև այսօրվա փողոցի առաջարկները։ Մերժում են նաև այն պատճառով, որ փողոցի հարթակից հնչող տեքստերում չեն տեսնում գործող իշխանությանն իրական այլընտրանք, որովհետև հարթակը,  որպես այսպիսին, ռազմավարություն կամ ծրագիր չի ներկայացնում։ Հարթակը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հեռացումը հռչակել է՝ որպես նպատակ, մինչդեռ իրականում դա ընդամենը պետք է միջոց լինի այլ՝ համակարգային նպատակներ իրականացնելու համար։

Հարթակը չունի, սակայն, այդ նպատակները, նրա համար միջոցը վերածվել է նպատակի, ինչն էլ հավանության չի արժանանում հանրության կողմից։ Քաղաքականությունը փողոցից քաղաքական հարթակներ վերադարձնելու համար հասարակության հետ պետք է կատարվի ծանր, դժվար, երկարաժամկետ աշխատանք, քաղաքական աշխատանք, որն իրականացնելու հայտ գոնե մինչև այս պահը որևէ մեկը չի ներկայացնում։

Հենց դա էլ դարձել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանության երկարակեցության գրավականը։ Նա պահպանում է իշխանությունը ոչ թե սեփական ուժի, այլ հարթակում գտնվող ընդդիմախոսների և պայքարի նրանց սխալ մարտավարության, թուլության շնորհիվ։ Հասարակության պասիվությունն այս հարցում ակտիվորեն աջակցում է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին»,-գրում է թերթը:
