Դավիթ Փիրումյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․

1.2008-2018 թվականներին Արցախում կառուցվել,վերակառուցվել,կապիտալ վերանորոգվել,գնման դիմաց փոխհատուցվել է 30 մլրդ. 580 մլն. 048 հզ. դրամի բնակարանային շինություն,16 մլրդ 521 մլն. 635 հզ. դրամի դպրոց ու մանկապարտեզ,3 մլրդ. 451 մլն. 311 հզ. դրամի մշակույթային և սպորտային օբյեկտներ:
2. 2008-2018 թվականներին Արցախում 18 մլրդ. 443 մլն. 978 հզ. դրամ հատկացել է հասարակական և վարչական նշանակության շենքերին,2 մլրդ. 557 մլն. 058 հզ. դրամ հատկացվել է առողջապահական կառույցներին,բարեկարգվել,վերանորոգվել,ասֆալտապատվել է 6000 և ավել կիլոմետր ճանապարհ ընդհանուր 36 մլրդ. 023 մլն. 546 հզ. դրամ արժողությամբ:
3.Խմելու ու ոռոգման ջրերի համակարգերի զարգացման և կառուցման համար 2008-2018 թվականներին հատկացվել է 8 մլրդ. 862 մլն. 187 հզ. դրամ:Քաղաքաշինության ընդհանուր ծախսերը 10 տարվա կտրվածքով կազմել են մոտաորապես 167մլրդ. դրամ:
Սա տվյալներ են,որոնք բոլորը կարող են ճշտել Արցախի պատկան մարմիններից:Էս թվերը մի մասն են էն ներդրումների,որոնք կատարվել են Արցախում:Հա ու մի բան էլ այ ոչնչություններ:Եթե էս թվերը ձեզ համար պարզապես թվեր են,ապա իմ համար 10 տարվա կյանք ա:Ես էս թվերը իմ աչքով եմ տեսել:Տեսել եմ ոնց ա դանդաղ,բայց վստահ զարգանում Արցախը:Տեսել եմ,ոնց են փողոցները գեղեցկանում,շենքերը բարձրանում վերև,խաղահրապարակները մանուկներով լցվում:
