SOCIETYԱդրբեջանում պահվող հայ գերիների ճշգրիտ թվի մասին խոսել չենք կարող. աշխատանքներն ընթացքում են, ուսումնասիրությունների ընթացքում նոր դեպքեր են բացահայտվում: Այս մասին Shantnews-ի հետ զրույցում նշել է ՄԻԵԴ-ում հայ գերիների շահերի ներկայացուցիչ Սիրանուշ Սահակյանը:
«Ադրբեջանը շուրջ 80 գերեվարվածի հանգամանք ընդունում են, սակայն ապացուցված անհերքելի դեպքերի թվաքանակը մոտենում է 200-ի: Այստեղ ներառված չեն ենթադրյալ գերեվարվածների մասին տեղեկությունները. այդտեղ մենք հասկանում ենք դեպքեր, երբ անձն անհետ կորած է, սակայն հանգամանքներն ավելի մեծ հավանականությամբ խոսում են գերեվարման, քան մահվան մասին: Երբ այդ դեպքերն էլ գումարենք, կարող ենք շուրջ 300 գերիների մասին խոսել»,- ասել է նա:
Հարցին` կա՞ տարբերություն` անձը գերեվարվել է նոյեմբերի 9-ից առա՞ջ, թե՞ հետո, Սահակյանը պատասխանել է.
«Կարգավիճակի տեսանկյունից կարևոր չէ, սակայն վերաբերմունքի, պետական պատասխանատվության առումով նշանակություն ունի: Մենք տարանջատում ենք մինչ նոյեմբերի 9-ը ներառյալ տեղի ունեցած դեպքերը, նոյեմբերի 10-ին ունեցել ենք քաղաքացիական անձանց գերեվարման դեպքեր` հստակ միտումով, և հայտնի են դեկտեմբերի կեսին տեղի ունեցած միջադեպերը՝ արդեն զինծառայողների մասնակցությամբ»:
