Բացահայտվել է 62-ամյա տղամարդու կողմից 10 տարեկան աղջիկ երեխայի նկատմամբ անառակաբարո գործողություններ կատարելու դեպք
SOCIETY2021թ. փետրվարի 10-ին Կոտայքի մարզի բնակչուհին հաղորդում է ներկայացրել՝ իր անչափահաս՝ 2010թ. ծնված դստեր նկատմամբ իրենց հարևանությամբ բնակվող տղամարդու կողմից անառակաբարո գործողություններ կատարելու վերաբերյալ:
«Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ոստիկանության Կոտայքի բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 142-րդ հոդվածի (անառակաբարո գործողությունները) 3-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով, որը նախաքննություն կատարելու համար ուղարկվել է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Աբովյանի քննչական բաժին և ընդունվել վարույթ: Երեխան ճանաչվել է տուժող:
Նախաքննության ընթացքում իրականացված քննչական և այլ դատավարական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են դեպքի մի շարք հանգամանքներ:
Մասնավորապես՝ քննությամբ փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել այն մասին, որ Կոտայքի մարզի բնակիչ, 62-ամյա տղամարդը, սեփական սեռական պահանջմունքները բավարարելու նպատակով, դիտավորությամբ, գիտակցելով երեխայի՝ ակնհայտ տասներկու տարին լրացած չլինելու փաստը, 2021թ. փետրվարի 7-ին՝ կեսօրին, նրան կանչել է իր տուն, որտեղ երկրորդ հարկի ննջարաններից մեկում անառակաբարո գործողություններ է կատարել երեխայի նկատմամբ:
62-ամյա տղամարդը ձերբակալվել է՝ ակնհայտ տասներկու տարին չլրացած երեխայի նկատմամբ անառակաբարո գործողություններ կատարելու կասկածանքով և հարցաքննվել՝ տալով ինքնախոստովանական ցուցմունք:
Քրեական գործով ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ վերջինիս մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 142-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով նախատեսված հանրորեն վտանգավոր արարք կատարելու համար: Միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել դատարան՝ նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կալանավորում ընտրելու վերաբերյալ, որը բավարարվել է:
