Ազգային արխիվի նախկին տնօրեն Ամատունի Վիրաբյանին նախորդ տարի սեպտեմբերի 8-ին ազատել էին աշխատանքից ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարի հրամանով: Իր ազատման հրամանը, Վիրաբյանը սխալ էր համարում և արդարությունը վերականգնելու, ինչպես նաև նույն պաշտոնում իրեն վերականգնելու պահանջով նա դիմել էր դատարան, որը բավարարվել էր: Սակայն, նախարարությունը բողոքարկել է վճիռը և, փաստորեն, դատաքննությունը կշարունակվի ավելր բարձր դատական ատյանում՝ Վերաքննիչում:

Orer.am-ի հետ զրույցում Ա. Վիրաբյանը նշեց, որ պետք է սպասել հաջորդ ատյանի դատարանի որոշմանը: Խոսելով ներկայում Արխիվում տեղի ունեցող գործընթացների մասին, նա նշեց, որ իրավիճակը բավականին մտահոգիչ է, քանի որ փորձառու աշխատողները առանց հիմնավորումների հեռացվում են աշխատանքից և նրանց փոխարինում են նորանշանակ տնօրենի մտերիմները:

«Մարդկանց մի խմբին էլ ծանուցել են, որ մարտի 15-ից հեռացվելու են աշխատանքից, մյուսների հետ պայմանագիրը կնքվել է մինչև հունիսի 1-ը: Նոր տնօրենն ասել է, որ իրեն հանձնարարել են Վիրաբյանի մտերիմներին, բարեկամներին, ընկերներին աշխատանքից ազատել, ուստի ազատվել են ոչ միայն բազմափորձ, այլև՝ գիտակ շատ մասնագետներ, որոնք երկար տարիներ աշխատել են Ազգային արխիվում»,- ասաց Ա. Վիրաբյանը:

Նախկին տնօրենի խոսքով, առհասարակ արխիվի աշխատանքը տարբերվում է այլ աշխատանքերից, քանի որ շատ առանձնահատուկ ոլորտ է: Եվ գրչի մեկ հարվածով այնտեղից մարդկանց հեռացնելը կարող է կործանարար լինել ողջ համակարգի աշխատանքի համար:

Խոսելով աշխատանքի առանձնահատկության մասին Ա. Վիրաբյանը նշեց, որ կարևոր է արխիվի ֆոնդերին և պահպանվող փաստաթղթերի բովանդակությանը ծանոթ լինել, որ հարցումները ստանալու ժամանակ հնարավոր լինի դրանց պատշաճ պատասխանել:

«Դրանից բացի հարկավոր է պատմությանը լավ ծանոթ լինել, որ կարողանաս անհրաժեշտության դեպքում այդ կոնտեքստում փաստաթղթերը փնտրելու ժամանակ ճիշտ կողմնորոշվել: Այս առումով Սփյուռքի նախարարության աշխատակիցները դժվար թե կարողանան տիրապետել այս նրբություններին: Ես 40 տարի արխիվում եմ աշխատել և մինչև հիմա անգամ ինձ համար անհասկանալի պահեր կան: Ամբողջ մի կյանքը բավական չէ արխիվին ծանոթանալու համար, ուր մնաց, որ մեկ երկու տարում կարողանան ոլորտի յուրահատկությունները հասկանալ: Արխիվի աշխատողը պետք է սկսի իր աշխատանքը ամենաներքևի օղակից և կամաց-կամաց ծանոթանալով աշխատանքի վեր բարձրանա: Այնպես որ կտրուկ փոփոխություններն արխիվի համար չեն, քանի որ այն պահպանողական կազմակերպություն է և պետք է ավանդույթները, հաջորդականությունները պահպանվեն, որպեսզի համակարգն անխափան գործի: Չի կարելի անգամ թոշակառուներին գրչի մեկ հարվածով ազատել աշխատանքից, քանի որ նրանք պետք է իրենց փորձը կարողանան փոխանցել նոր սերունդներին: Իսկ այն ինչ տեղի է ունենում այսօր Արխիվում, շատ տխուր է»,- ասաց Ա. Վիրաբյանը:
