Zoom-ի վտանգավոր ֆեյքային ներբեռնումների սպառնալիքները մեկուկես անգամ ավելի շատ օգտատերերի են գրոհել
SOCIETYԱնցյալ տարվա երկրորդ կեսին առաջինի համեմատ 60%-ով աճել է ամբողջ աշխարհի այն օգտատերերի թիվը, որոնք բախվել են վնասակար և անցանկալի ֆայլերի, որոնց անվանումներում օգտագործվել է zoom բառը։ Եթե հունվար-հունիսին նրանք եղել են շուրջ 168 հազար, ապա հուլիսից մինչև դեկտեմբեր՝ արդեն շուրջ 270 հազար։ Այս մասին են վկայում «Կասպերսկի» ընկերության տվյալները։
Ինչպես նշում են ընկերության փորձագետները, անցյալ տարի աշխատանքի և ուսման հեռավար ռեժիմին զանգվածային անցման հետ կապված աճել է առցանց կոնֆերանսներ անցկացնելու ծառայությունների ժողովրդականությունը, այժմ ևս այն կայուն բարձր է մնում։ Այսպես, ընկերության հարցման տվյալներով (2020-ի դեկտեմբեր-2021 թվականի հունվար, 505 հարցվողներ)՝ հարցվածների 70%-ը 2020-ին մեկ կամ մի քանի նման ծրագիր է տեղադրել այն սարքի վրա, որից օգտվել է երեխան հեռավոր ուսուցման ժամանակ, իսկ HeadHunter ծառայության տվյալներով՝ 2021-ի հունվարին հեռավար ձևաչափով աշխատանք ենթադրող թափուր աշխատատեղերի թիվն աճել է 2,5 անգամ՝ 2020-ի հունվարի համեմատ։ Զարմանալի չէ, որ դրանից օգտվում են չարագործները, նրանք միշտ ձգտում են թրենդերը շրջել իրենց օգտին։
«Սպառնալիքները, որոնք տարածվել են տեսակոնֆերանսների հարթակի անվան տակ, հիմնականում գովազդային և պոտենցիալ անցանկալի ծրագրային ապահովում են եղել։ Վերջին տեսակին են դասվում այն ծրագրերը, որոնք տեղադրվում են օգտատիրոջ համակարգչում՝ առանց նրա ակնհայտ համաձայնության և հետագայում կարող են խանգարել համակարգչի բնականոն աշխատանքին», – պարզաբանում են փորձագետները։
Որպես տեսակապի հայտնի ծառայություններ ներկայացող ծրագրերի օգտվողներն առավել հաճախ կարող են բախվել ֆեյքային հաղորդագրությամբ հատուկ առաջարկ անող կամ հարթակի կեղծ ծանուցմամբ էլեկտրոնային նամակում։
Առցանց սպառնալիքներից պաշտպանվելու համար խորհուրդ է տրվում ծրագրեր ներբեռնել միայն հավելվածների պաշտոնական խանութներից և մշակողների կայքերից, չանցնել նամակների, սոցիալական ցանցերի և մեսենջերների կասկածելի հղումներով։ Անհրաժեշտ է օգտագործել տարբեր և հուսալի գաղտնաբառեր յուրաքանչյուր օգտահաշվի համար։
Դրանք պետք չի լինի հիշել, եթե օգտագործվի գաղտնաբառերի մենեջեր. այս ծրագիրը օգնում է ստեղծել և անվտանգ պահել եզակի գաղտնաբառերը։ Խորհուրդ է տրվում բոլոր սարքերում օգտագործել հուսալի պաշտպանական լուծում, որը կարգելափակի տրոյական և ծածկագրող ծրագրերը և այլ սպառնալիքները, ինչպես նաև թույլ չի տա անցնել վնասակար հղմամբ: Հարկ է նաև բարձրացնել թվային գրագիտությունը, կանոնավոր կերպով անցնել տեղեկատվական անվտանգության դասընթացներ և թրեյնինգներ մասնագիտացված հարթակների միջոցով։
