«Այսօր տեղի է ունեցել Միջազգային կենտրոնամետ դեմոկրատների՝ CDI , գործադիր մարմնի նիստը, որի ընթացքում քննարկվել և ընդունվել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում զինադադարի մասին բանաձև։
Հայաստանի Հանրապետական կուսակցության ջանքերով, «Ժառանգություն» կուսակցության հետ միասին հաջողվել է մի շարք կարևոր առաջարկություններ ներառել բանաձևի մեջ։
Մասնավորապես, ամենախոշոր քաղաքական ընտանիքներից մեկը շեշտել է ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի դերակատարության կարևորությունը տարածաշրջանում երկարաժամկետ խաղաղություն հաստատելու հարցում։
Անդրադարձել է ռազմագերիների և զոհվածների աճյունների փոխանակման խնդրին։
Կոչ է արել իրականացնել ռազմական հանցագործությունների պատշաճ հետաքննություն և պատժել մեղավորներին։
Ադրբեջանին կոչ է արել հարգել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի բնակչության իրավունքները, պահպանել տարածաշրջանի կրոնական և մշակութային հուշարձանները։
Բանաձևը հղում է անում այդ թվում Հայաստան-ԵՄ համապարփակ և ընդլայնված գործընկերության համաձայնագրի դրույթներին (հիշեցնեմ, որ այն պարունակում է նաև Արցախի ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման իրավունքը որպես կարգավորման սկզբունք), ինչպես նաև ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ համանախագահների 2020 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 3-ի հայտարարության վրա, որով վերահաստատվում է Արցախյան կարգավորման համար Հիմնարար սկզբունքների և էլեմենտների կարևորությունը»։
