Ծանր COVID-19-ով հիվանդների աչքերում անոմալ փոփոխություններ են նկատվել
LIFEՊարզվել է, որ նոր կորոնավիրուսը կարող է ազդել ոչ միայն հիվանդների հոտառության եւ լսողության, այլ նաեւ աչքերի վրա: Դեռ համավարակի սկզբում գիտնականները պարզել էին, որ SARS-Cov-2-ը կարող է ներթափանցել աչքերի մեջ եւ պահպանվել այնտեղ բավականին երկար ժամանակ:
Ըստ Medportal.ru-ի` Ֆրանսիայից մասնագետների կողմից իրականացված նոր հետազոտությունը ցույց է տվել, որ COVID-19-ը կապված է ոչ միայն կոնյուկտիվիտի, այլ նաեւ ակնաբուժական այլ պաթոլոգիաների` ռետինոպաթիայի, օպտիկական նեվրիտի եւ աչքի լորձաթաղանթի տարբեր գրգռումների հետ: Հոդվածում առաջին անգամ տվյալներ են ներկայացվել կորոնավիրուսի ծանր ընթացքով հիվանդների ակնախնձորի ՄՌՏ-ի արդյունքների մասին:
Հեղինակները վերլուծել են անցյալ տարվա մարտից մայիս ընկած ժամանակահատվածում ծանր COVID-19-ով հոսպիտալացված 129 հիվանդի հիվանդության պատմությունները եւ ՄՌՏ-ի ընթացքում ստացված պատկերները: Պարզվել է, որ ինը հիվանդի` 8 տղամարդու եւ 1 կնոջ մոտ աչքի ցանցաթաղանթի եւ ապակենման մարմնի միջեւ անհայտ ծագման մեկ կամ մի քանի հանգույց է հայտնաբերվել:
Գիտնականները նշել են, որ 9 հիվանդներից 8-ը, ում մոտ հայտնաբերվել է այս անոմալիան, բուժում են անցել վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքում:
Մասնագետների կարծիքով` լրացուցիչ հետազոտություններ կպահանջվեն` հասկանալու համար` արդյոք այս փոփոխությունները կապված են բորբոքային պրոցեսների կամ բրա, որ հիվանդները ստիպված են եղել մի քանի շաբաթ պառկած վիճակում անցկացնել:
