Moody's- ը վերահաստատել է «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ընկերության Ba2 երկարաժամկետ վարկանիշը

Միջազգային առաջատար վարկանիշային գործակալություններից Moody's Investors Service-ը վերահաստատել է «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ընկերության Ba2 վարկանիշը՝ «կայուն» կարգավիճակով, այս անգամ երկարաժամկետ: Ընկերության վարկանշումն աննախադեպ է ինչպես Հայաստանում, այնպես էլ տարածաշրջանում:
Չնայած համավարակի և պատերազմի հետևանքներով պայմանավորված իրավիճակին՝ Ընկերության վարկանիշը վերահաստատվել է՝ հաշվի առնելով այնպիսի դրական գործոններ, ինչպիսիք են ՝ սակագնային կարգավորման թափանցիկ համակարգը, ծախսերի և հաստատված ներդրումների փոխհատուցման երկարաժամկետ մեխանիզմները, ֆինանսական և տնտեսական պլանավորման բարձր մակարդակը, Ընկերության ֆինանսական կայուն վիճակը և դերը Հայաստանի էլեկտրաէներգետիկայի շուկայում:
Վարկանշումն Ընկերության համար լայն հնարավորություններ է ստեղծում դեպի կապիտալի միջազգային շուկա՝ առաջիկա տարիներին եվրապարտատոմսերի թողարկման և հեղինակավոր բորսայական հարթակներում բաժնետոմսերի առաջնային տեղաբաշխման (IPO) համար:
Նշենք, որ Ընկերությունը «Տաշիր» ընկերությունների կազմում ընդգրկվելուց հետո սկսել և առանց ընդհատումների շարունակում է 726 մլն դոլար արժողության 10-ամյա ներդրումային ծրագրի իրականացումը: 10-ամյա նախագծի նպատակն է բաժանորդներին մատակարարվող ծառայությունների որակի բարձրացումը, մասնավորապես՝ էլեկտրատնտեսության արդիականացում ու վերակառուցում, էլեկտրաէներգիայի ավտոմատացված հաշվառման համակարգի ներդրում, կառավարման միջազգային ստանդարտների (ISO) ներդրում եւ այլ կարեւոր ուղղություններ։
Այս առումով միջազգային ֆինանսական կազմակերպությունների հետ համագործակցությունը «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ընկերության գործունեություն կարեւորագույն ուղղություններից է։ 2015թ.-ից Ընկերությունն ակտիվորեն համագործակցում է Ասիական զարգացման բանկի, Վերակառուցման եւ զարգացման եվրոպական բանկի, Եվրասիական զարգացման բանկի և Միջազգային ֆինանսական կորպորացիայի հետ, որոնց կողմից տրամադրված վարկային միջոցներն ուղղվում են Ընկերության ներդրումային ծրագրերի իրականացմանը։
Տարեվերջին ստորագրվել է Համաշխարհային բանկի խմբի անդամ՝ Միջազգային ֆինանսական կորպորացիայի (IFC) կողմից բարենպաստ պայմաններով 60 մլն դոլարի վարկային միջոցների տրամադրման պայմանագիրը՝ ներդրումային ծրագրերի իրականացման նպատակով։ Պայմանագրով նախատեսված վարկային միջոցները Ընկերությանը տրամադրվել են ս.թ. փետրվարին:
