Կարեն Բեքարյանը, Արա Սաղաթելյանն ու Մհեր Ավագյանը ձերբակալվել են։ Այս մասին քիչ առաջ ԱԱԾ շենքի դիմաց, լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց «Իրավական ուղի» ՀԿ համահիմնադիր Ռուբեն Մելիքյանը:

«Ես հենց նոր խոսեցի Արա Սաղաթելյանի փաստաբանի հետ եւ նա փոխանցեց, որ այս պահին քննչական գործողություններ են կատարվում։ Արա Սաղաթելյանն ու Կարեն Բեքարյանը ձերբակալված են երեք հոդվածով, իսկ Մհեր Ավագյանը մեկ հոդվածով»,- ասաց Մելիքյանը։

Նա հավելեց, որ փաստաբանները հայտարարել են, որ քննչական գործողությունների ավարտից հետո, ձերբակալման իրավաչափության դեմ բողոք են  ներկայացնելու դատարան։

«Սա ուղղակի խայտառակություն է, քաղաքական հետապնդում»,- եզրափակեց Մելիքյանը։ 

Նշենք, որ ավելի վաղ ԱԱԾ դիմակավորված աշխատակիցները «Քառյակ Մեդիա»-ի համահիմնադիր, քաղաքական վերլուծաբան Կարեն Բեքարյանին իր տնից բերման են ենթարկել ԱԱԾ։  Խուզարկություն  էր իրականացվել նաեւ ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի աշխատակազմի նախկին ղեկավար Արա Սաղաթելյանի աշխատասենյակի եւ հարակից երկու այլ աշխատասենյակներում, որից հետո Արա Սաղաթելյանը բերման է ենթարկվել Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայություն։

Փաստաբան Միքայել Շխիմյանը Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում հայտնել էր, որ ԱԱԾ շենքում՝ շոու բեմադրելու նպատակով ամենալկտի ձեւով իր ներկայությամբ գետնին  են տապալել եւ տեսաձայնագրել իր վստահորդին՝ Մհեր Ավագյանին։

ԱԱԾ էին բերման ենթարկվել նաեւ ադրբեջանագետ Անժելա Էլիբեգովան ու սահմանադրագոտ Գոհար Մելոյանը, ովքեր քիչ առաջ ազատ են արձակվել։
