Արցախի ԱԳՆ հայտարարությունը
POLITICSԱրցախյան ազգային-ազատագրական պայքարը հայ ժողովրդի պատմության ամենակարևոր էջերից է։ Ղարաբաղյան շարժումը պայքար էր հանուն պատմական արդարության, ազգային ինքնության և արժանապատվության պահպանման, քաղաքացիական իրավունքների և համամարդկային արժեքների, պատմական հայրենիքում ազատ ապրելու և արարելու։
Արցախահայության ժողովրդավարական, խաղաղ և օրինական կամարտահայտմանն ի պատասխան Ադրբեջանը փորձեց բռնության միջոցով ահաբեկել մեր ժողովրդին և ստիպել նրան հրաժարվել իր իրավունքների իրացման հարցադրումից: Ադրբեջանական իշխանությունների կազմակերպմամբ Սումգայիթում, Բաքվում և Ադրբեջանի հայաշատ այլ քաղաքներում, ինչպես նաև Հյուսիսային Արցախի բնակավայրերում իրական ացվեցին հայ բնակչության ցեղասպանություն, ջարդեր և զանգվածային տեղահանումներ։ Հազարավոր մարդիկ զոհվեցին ու վիրավորվեցին, ավելի քան կես միլիոն հայ դարձավ փախստական։ Արցախի խաղաղ բնակչությունը նույնպես դարձավ Ադրբեջանի լայնածավալ ռազմական ագրեսիայի թիրախ։
Արցախահայությունը, սակայն, միավորվեց և թիկունքում ունենալով աշխարհասփյուռ հայության աջակցությունը՝ կարողացավ իրեն պարտադրված պատերազմում պաշտպանել իր պատմական հայրենիքում ազատ ապրելու իրավունքը և կերտել անկախ պետականություն՝ Արցախի Հանրապետությունը։
Արցախի ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման անքակտելի իրավունքին բռնանալու և ադրբեջանա-ղարաբաղյան հակամարտությունն ուժի միջոցով լուծելու Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների հերթական փորձն էր 2020 թ. սեպտեմբերի 27-ին Արցախի Հանրապետության դեմ սանձազերծված զինված ագրեսիան, որն ուղեկցվեց բազմաթիվ պատերազմական հանցագործություններով, միջազգային մարդասիրական իրավունքի նորմերի կոպտագույն խախտումներով և զգալի մարդկային կորուստներով։

Չնայած այդ արհավիրքներին, Արցախը կանգուն է։ Այս խորհրդանշական օրը մենք խոնարհվում ենք Հայրենիքի պաշտպանների և ազգի նվիրյալների առջև, ոգեկոչում մեր բոլոր մարտիրսների հիշատակը։
