«Պառլամենտարիզմի զարգացման միջազգային կենտրոնի» գործադիր տնօրեն, սահմանադրագետ Գոհար Մելոյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում անդրադարձել է հայտնի ֆեյք «Գագիկ Սողոմոնյանի» գործով ԱԱԾ-ի գործողություններին։
Գրառումը ներկայացնում ենք ստորև․
«Փաստորեն, ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը 2020 թվականի հոկտեմբերի կեսին՝ պատերազմի ամենաթեժ պահին, հարուցում է քրեական գործ` պարզելու «Գագիկ Սողոմոնյան» ֆեյսբուքյան օգտատիրոջ իրական տնօրինողներին։
Շուրջ չորս ամիս շարունակ այս քրեական գործը քննվում է, կատարվում են բազմաթիվ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ, խուզարկություններ, բերման են ենթարկվում և ձերբակալվում տարբեր անձինք։
Երեկ գիշերը տեղեկատվություն է տարածվում, առ այն, որ այս գործով Երևան քաղաքի առաջին ատյանի դատարանի նախագահի ուղիղ ցուցումով կալանավորվել է երեք անչափահաս երեխաների հայր Արամ Սարգսյանը։
Այս պահին այս քրեական գործով Երևան քաղաքի առաջին ատյանի դատարանում ընթանում են Ազգային ժողովի աշխատակազմի նախկին ղեկավար Արա Սաղաթելյանին, «Քառյակ մեդիա» ՓԲԸ համահիմնադիր Կարեն Բեքարյանին կալանավորելու վերաբերյալ միջնորդությունները։
Սակայն, անկախ ԱԱԾ-ի վերոնշյալ իրավական և ոչ իրավական գործողություններից՝ «Գագիկ Սողոմոնյան» ֆեյսբուքյան օգտատերը շարունակում է իր ֆեյսբուքյան գրառումների շարքը, ինչը՝
փաստում է վերոնշյալ անձանց առնչելիության բացակայությունը նշված գործին,
երկաթյա հիմք է այդ գործի շրջանակներում ձերբակալված անձանց անմիջապես ազատելու և կալանավորման միջնորդությունները չբավարարելու համար։
Փաստաբանների հայտարարություններից բխում է, որ այս թափթված վիճակը, որի արդյունքում ձերբակալվել են ոչ միայն գործի, այլև՝ իրար հետ կապ չունեցող անձինք, պայմանավորված է քննչական մարմնին սպասարկող աշխատակիցների տեխնիկական սակավ գիտելիքներով, եւ իրավական նորմերի խայտառակ սխալ մեկնաբանմամբ»։
