Ара Сагателян арестован
POLITICSСуд общей юрисдикции Еревана (резиденция в Аване) под председательством судьи Армине Меликсетян вынес решение об избрании в отношении бывшего руководителя аппарата Национального Собрания Армении Ара Сагателяна меры пресечения в виде заключения под стражу сроком на 2 месяца. Об этом сообщил журналистам адвокат Сагателяна Акоп Енокян.
Напомним, Ара Сагателяну, а также аналитику Карену Бекаряну предъявлено обвинение по статьям 226 (возбуждение национальной, расовой или религиозной вражды), 226.2 (публичные призывы к насилию, публичное оправдание или пропаганда насилия), 307.4 (нарушение правил публикации или распространения информация во время правового режима военного положения) УК РА. Карен Бекарян задержан.
По тем же статьям обвинение предъявлено также Мгеру Авагяну, который сегодня был отпущен на свободу. Суд общей юрисдикции Еревана под председательством судьи Манвела Шахвердяна признал неправомерным решение следователя СНБ о задержании Мгера Авагяна, удовлетворив жалобу адвоката. Суд также отклонил ходатайство следователя СНБ об избрании в отношении Мгера Авагяна в качестве меры пресечения заключения под стражу.
В рамках того же дела арестован Арам Саркисян.
