Արա Սաղաթելյանը կալանավորվեց

Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը, դատավոր Արմինե Մելիքսեթյանի նախագահությամբ, որոշում կայացրեց երկու ամսով կալանավորել ՀՀ աշխատակազմի նախկին ղեկավար Արա Սաղաթելյանին։ Այս մասին լրագրողներին հայտնեց Արա Սաղաթելյանի պաշտպան Հակոբ Ենոքյանը։
Արա Սաղաթելյանին, նաև վերլուծաբան Կարեն Բեքարյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրված ՀՀ ՔՕ 226 (ազգային, ռասայական կամ կրոնական թշնամանք հարուցելը), 226.2 (բռնություն գործադրելու հրապարակային կոչերը, բռնությունը հրապարակայինորեն արդարացնելը կամ քարոզելը), 307.4 (ռազմական դրության իրավական ռեժիմի ընթացքում տեղեկությունների հրապարակման կամ տարածման կանոնները խախտելը) հոդվածների հատկանիշներով: Կարեն Բեքարյանը ձերբակալված է։
Նույն հոդվածներով մեղադրանք էր առաջադրվել նաև Մհեր Ավագյանին, ով այսօր ազատ է արձակվել. դատարանը ոչ իրավաչափ է ճանաչել Մհեր Ավագյանին ձերբակալելու մասին ԱԱԾ քննիչի որոշումը՝ բավարարելով պաշտպանի բողոքը, նաև դատարանը մերժել է Ավագյանի նկատմամբ կալանավորումը որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրելու մասին ԱԱԾ քննիչի միջնորդությունը։
Նույն գործի շրջանակում կալանավորված է նաև Արամ Լևոնի Սարգսյանը։
