Արցախի նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը փետրվարի 19-ին ստորագրել է Խորհրդարանի կողմից ընդունված «Արցախի Հանրապետության 2021 թվականի պետական բյուջեի մասին», «Քաղաքացիական  ծառայության  մասին» օրենքում փոփոխություն կատարելու մասին» օրենքները և հարկային արտոնությունների վերաբերյալ օրենսդրական փաթեթը:

Հարկային արտոնությունների օրենսդրական փաթեթը ներառում է «Պատերազմական գործողություններով պայմանավորված հարկային արտոնություններ սահմանելու մասին», ««Շահութահարկի մասին» օրենքում փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին», ««Եկամտային  հարկի  մասին» օրենքում փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին», ««Ավելացված արժեքի հարկի մասին» օրենքում փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին ու ««Ավելացված արժեքի հարկի մասին» Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության օրենքում փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին» օրենքում փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին», ««Առևտրի հարկի մասին» օրենքում փոփոխություններ և լրացում կատարելու մասին», ««Հաստատագրված վճարների մասին» օրենքում լրացում կատարելու մասին», ««Արտոնագրային վճարների մասին» օրենքում փոփոխություն և լրացում կատարելու մասին», ««Հսկիչ-դրամարկղային մեքենաների կիրառման մասին» օրենքում փոփոխություն կատարելու մասին», ««Կուտակային կենսաթոշակների մասին» օրենքում լրացումներ և փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին», ««Հարկերի մասին» օրենքում լրացումներ կատարելու մասին», «Ավտոմոբիլային ճանապարհների շինարարության, նորոգման և պահպանման համար կատարվող հատկացումների (մասհանումների) մասին» օրենքն ուժը կորցրած ճանաչելու մասին», «Հարկային և այլ պարտադիր վճարների գծով արտոնություններ սահմանելու մասին» Արցախի Հանրապետության օրենքները։
