«Սոցիոլոգների և ժողովրդագիրների ասոցիացիա»–ի երկուշաբթի ներկայացրած սոցիոլոգիական հետազոտության տվյալների համաձայն, մոլդովացիների ավելի քան 50 տոկոսը դեմ է ՆԱՏՕ-ին հանրապետության անդամակցությանը, հայտնում է «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի» լրատվական գործակալությունը:

Եթե հաջորդ կիրակի ՆԱՏՕ-ին Մոլդովայի անդամակցության հանրաքվե տեղի ունենար, ապա տեղի բնակիչների 26,5 տոկոսը կաջակցեր դաշինքին անդամակցության գործընթացին, իսկ հարցվածների 54 տոկոսը կարծում է, որ երկիրը չպետք է միանա այս ռազմաքաղաքական բլոկին: Քաղաքացիների 9.8 տոկոսը նշել է, որ իրենք չէին մասնակցի հանրաքվեին, իսկ 3.2 տոկոսը հարցի վերաբերյա հստակ որոշում չունի: Հարցվածների մնացած 6,5 տոկոսը նույիսկ չգիտի ՆԱՏՕ-ն ինչ է:

Հարցումն անցկացվել է «Սոցիոլոգների և ժողովրդագրագետների ասոցիացիա»–ի կողմից փետրվարի 12-ից 20-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, որին մասնակցել է 1191 մարդ՝ 89 բնակավայրից: Հարցման իրականացման գործընթացում պատկերը սխալ ցույց տալու հավանականությունը 3 տոկոս է։

Մոլդովայի սահմանադրության համաձայն, հանրապետությունն ունի չեզոք կարգավիճակ, սակայն 1994 թվականից ի վեր երկիրը համագործակցում է ՆԱՏՕ-ի հետ` անհատական գործընկերության ծրագրի շրջանակներում: Մոլդովայի մայրաքաղաքում գործում է դաշինքի տեղեկատվական կենտրոն: 2017 թվականի դեկտեմբերին Քիշնևում բացվել է ՆԱՏՕ-ի կապի գրասենյակ:
