Մարտակերտ-Վարդենիս ճանապարհի՝ Արցախում գտնվող 45-50 կմ հատվածով, 15-20 օր է, երթևեկում են նաև ադրբեջանցիները․ Մարտակերտի վարչակազմի ղեկավարի տեղակալ
SOCIETYԱրցախի Մարտակերտ-Վարդենիս ճանապարհի՝ հայկական վերահսկողության տակ գտնվող շուրջ 45-50 կմ ճանապարհահատվածով ռուս խաղաղապահների ուղեկցությամբ երթևեկում են նաև ադրբեջանցիները։ Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Մարտակերտի շրջանի վարչակազմի ղեկավարի տեղակալ Գարի Վանյանը։
«Ադրբեջանցիները Ադրբեջանի վերահսկողության տակ հայտնված Մատաղիս գյուղից այդ ճանապարհով գնում են Քարվաճառ՝ ռուս խաղաղապահների ուղեկցությամբ։ Հայերը հայկական վերահսկողության տակ գտնվող ճանապարհահատվածից օգտվում են առանց ռուս խաղաղապահների ուղեկցության»,-մանրամասնեց նա։
Նրա տեղեկացմամբ՝ ադրբեջանցիները նշված ճանապարհահատվածից օգտվում են արդեն 15-20 օր, սակայն Մարտակերտի բնակիչները որևէ պաշտոնական աղբյուրից նախապես չեն տեղեկացվել այդ մասին։ Եռակողմ հայտարարության մեջ այդ ճանապարհահատվածի վերաբերյալ նման կետ գոյություն չունի, սակայն, Վանյանի կարծիքով, բանավոր պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել, որի մասին բնակիչները չեն տեղեկացվել։ Պաշտոնապես ոչ մի նամակ, գրություն չի եղել ո՛չ ԱՀ նախագահի կողմից, ո՛չ այլ կառույցից։ Մենք ևս չենք դիմել ԱՀ նախագահին, կառավարությանը։ Ենթադրում ենք՝ բանավոր պայմանավորվածություն է եղել»,-ասաց Վանյանը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ շուրջ 2 շաբաթ առաջ Մարտակերտի շրջանի Դրմբոն համայնքի բնակիչները փակել են ճանապարհն ու խաղաղ ակցիա արել՝ նշելով, որ եթե ադրբեջանցիները կարողանում են օգտվել հայկական ճանապարհահատվածից, արցախցիներն էլ ռուս խաղաղապահների ուղեկցությամբ օգտվեն Ադրբեջանի վերահսկողության տակ անցած ճանապարհահատվածից ՀՀ, մասնավորապես՝ Վարդենիս հասնելու համար։
«Քաղաքացիներն այդ պահանջը փոխանցել են ռուս խաղաղապահներին, վերջիններս էլ խոստացել են այն ներկայացնել ղեկավարներին։ Օրինակ՝ Մարտակերտի Գետավան համայնքից Վարդենիս հեռավորությունը 60 կմ է, բայց որ այսօր գետավանցին գնա Վարդենիս, 400-500 կմ ճանապարհ պետք է անցնի։ Եթե ադրբեջանցուն կարելի է, մեր համայնքների միջով անցնելով, գնալ Քարվաճառ, մեր բնակիչներն էլ ուզում են այդ ճանապարհով հասնել ՀՀ»,-նշեց Վանյանը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ նշված 15-20 օրվա ընթացքում անվտանգային խնդիրներ չեն առաջացել։
