Посол Беларуси в Армении: Беларусь готова посодействовать возвращению военнопленных

Председатель Национального Собрания Армении Арарат Мирзоян принял новоназначенного чрезвычайного и полномочного посла Беларуси в Армении Александра Конюка.

Как сообщает пресс-служба парламента, поздравив с назначением, председатель НС выразил уверенность, что посол внесет свой вклад в дальнейшее углубление партнерских отношений между Арменией и Беларусью. Спикер НС отметил, что начало работы посла в Армении совпало с послевоенным периодом. Касаясь прекращения боевых действий в Арцахе, глава парламента отметил, что для полноценного выполнения трехстороннего заявления азербайджанской стороне необходимо вернуть всех военнопленных и других пленных. А.Мирзоян выразил уверенность, что официальный Минск будет иметь однозначную позицию по этому вопросу и постарается способствовать скорейшему возвращению военнопленных.

Посол Конюк, выразив благодарность за прием, заверил, что готов приложить все усилия для углубления армяно-белорусских отношений. Он подчеркнул важность соблюдения договоренности о прекращении огня в Арцахе и заверил, что Беларусь готова посодействовать возвращению военнопленных.

В ходе встречи стороны обсудили вопросы активизации сотрудничества между парламентариями двух стран как на двусторонней, так и многосторонней площадках.
