Armlur.am-ը գրում է․
Այսօր առավոտյան «Հայրենիքի փրկության շարժման» ներկայացուցիչները բողոքի ակցիա էին իրականացնում Կառավարության 3-րդ մասնաշենքի հարակից տարածքում, որտեղ պետք է ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը խորհրդակցություն անցկացներ: Ոստիկանությունը շրջափակել էր շենքի բոլոր հարակից տարածքները, որպեսզի վարչապետը կարողանար մուտք գործեր կառավարության շենք:
Բախում էր տեղի ունեցել ոստիկանության եւ ՀՅԴ ԳՄ ներկայացուցիչ Իշխան Սաղաթելյանի միջեւ, ոստիկանությունը ուժ էր կիրառել, որպեսզի Սաղաթելյանին բերման ենթարկի, որի ժամանակ Սաղաթելյանի քթից արյուն էր հոսել: Իշխան Սաղաթելյանին հաջողվել էր խուսափել ոստիկանական բաժին տեղափոխվելուց ու հեռացել էր տարածքից: Այսօր ընդդիմադիր գործիչների համակիրներից գրեթե բոլորին ոստիկանությունը բերման էր ենթարկել ոստիկանության վարչական շրջանների տարբեր բաժիններ:

– Պարոն Վանեցյան, այսօր առավոտվանից ոստիկանությունը բիրտ ուժ էր կիրառում Կառավարության 3-րդ մասնաշենքի մոտ բողոքի ակցիա իրականացնողների նկատմամբ ու անգամ վնասվածք ստացավ ՀՅԴ ԳՄ ներկայացուցիչ Իշխան Սաղաթելյանը: Ըստ Ձեզ, իշխանությունները նպատակ ունեն նման ձեւով ընդդիմությանը «վախեցնե՞լ»՝ առաջիկայում այլեւս նման ակցիաներ չիրականացնելու համար: Ո՞րն է Ձեր կարծիքն այս ամենի վերաբերյալ:
-Զուտ միջադեպերի առումով գնահատականը միանշանակ է. ոստիկանությունը կիրառում է անհամաչափ ուժ. մենք գործ ունենք չհիմնավորված ուժի կիրառման հետ: Մասնավորապես, «Հայրենիքի փրկության շարժման» համակարգող Իշխան Սաղաթելյանի դեմ բռնությունը որևէ արդարացում չի կարող ունենալ ու միանշանակորեն դատապարտելի և քստմնելի արարք է։ Սա խիստ մտահոգիչ է, և այդ գործելաոճը շատ արագ պետք է դադարեցվի։ Իսկ ընդհանուր մթնոլորտի առումով գնահատականը հետևյալն է` Հայաստանը մտնում է խորը ճգնաժամի մեջ, և փետրվարի 20-ի բազմամարդ հանրահավաքն ուղղակի պետք է բացեր բոլորի աչքերը, վերացներ բոլոր իլյուզիաները, որ երկրում ամեն ինչ հարթ է, և իբրեւ թե չկա հասարակական լարվածություն։
