ՄԻՊ-ը գերիների անհապաղ վերադարձի հարցը ներկայացրել է ԵՄ հատուկ ներկայացուցչին
POLITICSՄարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանն այսօր ընդունել է Հարավային Կովկասում եւ ճգնաժամի հարցերով Վրաստանում Եվրամիության հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ Տոյվո Կլաարի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը: Հանդիպմանը մասնակցել է նաեւ Հայաստանում ԵՄ պատվիրակության ղեկավար, ԵՄ դեսպան տիկին Անդրեա Վիկտորին, տեղեկացնում է ՄԻՊ-ի ֆեյսբուքյան պաշտոնական էջը։
Հանդիպման ընթացքում Արման Թաթոյանը բարձրացրել է Ադրբեջանում պահվող հայկական կողմի գերիների՝ զինծառայողների ու քաղաքացիական անձանց վերադարձի հրատապության հարցը: Պաշտպանը նշել է, որ ադրբեջանական իշխանություններն արհեստական ձգձգում, քաղաքականացնում են գործընթացը՝ հայ հասարակությանն ու հատկապես գերիների ընտանիքներին հոգեկան տառապանքներ պատճառելու ու երկրում լարվածություն առաջացնելու նպատակով:
Պաշտպանը ներկայացրել է հետպատերազմական ժամանակահատվածում մարդու իրավունքների լուրջ խնդիրները, որոնք առաջացել են Ադրբեջանի կողմից Հայաստանի բնակչությանն ուղղված պատերազմի բացահայտ սպառնալիքների ներքո անթույլատրելի արագությամբ ընթացող սահմանների որոշման գործընթացի պատճառով:
Արման Թաթոյանն ընդգծել է, որ ոչ միայն չի դադարել, այլ նաեւ նոր զարգացումներ է ստացել Ադրբեջանում հայատյացությունն ու թշնամանքի հրահրումը։
Հանդիպման ընթացքում պաշտպանը բարձր է գնահատել Հայաստանում ԵՄ պատվիրակության հետ համագործակցությունն ու մասնավորապես՝ ընդգծել է համատեղ աշխատանքը մարդու իրավունքների երկխոսության ու մի շարք այլ ծրագրերի ֆորմատով: Պաշտպանը վերահաստատել է համատեղ աշխատանքի հանձնառությունը, որն ուղղված է ԵՄ աջակցությամբ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության մակարդակի բարձրացմանը ՀՀ-ում:
ԵՄ պատվիրակությունն իր հերթին ընդգծել է Հայաստանի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի դերը մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության հարցերում եւ պաշտպանի հետ համագործակցության կարեւորությունը:
Հանդիպման ավարտին կողմերը նախանշել են համատեղ աշխատանքի նոր ուղղություններ։
