Հրապարակվեց «Սասնա ծռերի» գործով դատավճիռը
SOCIETYԵրևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր Մեսրոպ Մակյանը հրապարակեց «Սասնա ծռերի» գործով դատավճիռը: Նրանք մեղավոր ճանաչվեցին իրենց առաջադրված մեղադրանքներում:
ՊՊԾ գունդը զավթելու և մի շարք ծանր հանցագործություններ կատարելու մեջ մեղադրվողներ՝ Պավել Մանուկյանը դատապարտվեց 10 տարի ժամկետով ազատազրկման, Վարուժան Ավետիսյանը դատապարտվեց 9 տարի 6 ամիս ժամկետով ազատազրկման,Մխիթար Ավետիսյանը դատապարտվեց 9 տարի 6 ամիս ժամկետով, Էդուարդ Գրիգորյանը՝ 8 տարի 6 ամիս ժամկետով, Գագիկ Եղիազարյանը՝ 9 տարի 6 ամիս ժամկետով, Արեգ Կյուրեղյանը դատապարտվեց 9 տարի ժամկետով ազատազրկման, Սեդրակ Նազարյանը՝ 10 տարի ժամկետով ազատազրկման:
Սմբատ Բարսեղյանը, ով մեղադրվում է նաև ոստիկանի սպանության մեջ, դատապարտվեց 25 տարի ժամկետով ազատազրման, Արմեն Բիլյանը, ում ևս սպանության մեղադրանք էր առաջադրված, այդ հոդվածով արդարացվեց, մյուս հոդվածներով մեղավոր ճանաչվեց դատապարտվեց 9 տարի 6 ամիս ժամկետով:
Արայիկ Խանդոյանը քրեական հետապնդումը դադարեցվեց անձի մահվան հիմքով:
Մեկնաբանելով վճիռը՝ դատավոր Մեսրոպ Մակյանը պարզաբանեց, որ բավարար ապացույցներ ձեռք չեն բերվել առ այն, որ ոստիկան Գագիկ Մկրտչյանի սպանությունը կատարել է Արմեն Բիլյանը: Եվ, դիմելով Գագիկ Մկրտչյանի կնոջը՝ Հասմիկ Ոսկանյանին, Մեսրոպ Մակյանն ասաց, որ պետք է դիմի դատախազին իր ամուսնու սպանության հանգամանքները պարզելու համար:
Արմեն Բիլյանի խափանման միջոց կալանավորումը փոխվեց ստորագրություն չհեռանալու մասին:
