Ամուլսարի հանքը շահագործելու դեպքում վնասը կլինի շատ ավելի մեծ, քան վալյուտային հոսքը. Կարինե Դանիելյանը՝ Փաշինյանի հայտարարության մասին
ECONOMICSՆկատելի է վտանգ, որ Ամուլսարի հանքը մոտակա ժամանակահատվածում կշահագործվի և դա մեծ աղետների կբերի, այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց հասարակական գործիչ, «Հանուն կայուն մարդկային զարգացման» ասոցիացիայի նախագահ Կարինե Դանիելյանը՝ անդրադառնալով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի երեկվա հարցազրույցին, որում վերջինս ասել էր, որ մեծ է հավանականությունը, որ Ամուլսարի հանքը կշահագործվի:
«Երեկվա հարցազրույցից հետո պարզ դարձավ, որ Ամուլսարի հանքը կշահագործվի, ես չեմ պատկերացնում՝ ինչպես և ինչ մեթոդներով պետք է այդ աղետները կանգնեցնեն, քանի որ մեծ է վտանգը շրջակա միջավայրին վնաս հասցնելու վրա »,- ասաց Կարինե Դանիելյանը:
Երեկ հարցազրույցի ընթացքում վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նշեց, որ հանքաարդյունաբերությունը կերաշխավորի վալյուտային հոսքեր, և մեծ է հավանականությունը, որ հանքը կշահագործվի: Կարինե Դանիելյանը հավելեց, որ շահագործման դեպքում ջրային ռեսուրսների խնդիր կլինի Հայաստանում, ինչը շատ ավելի աղետալի է և կարևոր, քան հանքաարդյունաբերության միջոցով ստացվելիք վալյուտային հոսքերը:
«Տեսեք, երբ բախվենք ջրային ռեսուրսների խնդրին հանքաարդյունաբերությունը բացարձակապես շահավետ չի լինի, կարծում եմ՝ բոլոր բնապահպանները դեմ կլինեն, քանի որ հանքի պայմանները սպեցիֆիկ են և ցանկացած շահագործում խիստ վտանգավոր է»,- ասաց Կարինե Դանիելյանը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ «Լիդիան Արմենիա» ընկերությանը տրամադրված են հանքավայրի ողջ հաստատված պաշարները` 89376.3 հազ. տոննա հանքաքարի, ոսկու` 73733 կգ (միջին պարունակությունը 0.78 գ/տ), արծաթի` 294.367 տ (միջին պարունակությունը` 9.29 գ/տ) քանակություններով: Ընկերության կայքում նշվում է, որ հանքավայրը նախատեսվում է շահագործել երկու` Տիգրանես-Արտավազդես միացյալ և Էրատո առանձին բացահանքներով, տարեկան 10 մլն տ հանքաքարի արտադրողականությամբ: Հանքավայրից մետաղների կորզումը նախատեսված է իրականացնել կույտային տարրալվացման եղանակով, ինչն առաջին անգամ է կիրառվելու Հայաստանում:
