Այսօր՝ փետրվարի 25-ին, խորհրդակցություն է տեղի ունեցել ՀՅԴ Ստեփանակերտի Նիկոլ Դուման կենտրոնում ԱՀ ԱԺ խորհրդարանական երեք ուժերի՝ Արցախի ժողովրդավարական, Հայ Յեղափոխական Դաշնակցություն և Արցախի Արդարություն կուսակցությունների միջև:

Կարևորվել է ՀՀ-ում ստեղծված իրավիճակում Արցախի անվտանգության հարցը, հատկապես, շփման գծում զգոնությունն ու հնարավոր սադրանքներից խուսափումը: Այս հարցի շուրջ քննարկումներին հրավիրվել և մասնակցել է Արցախի Հանրապետության Անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Վիտալի Բալասանյանը:

Կուսակցությունների ներկայացուցիչները հավաստիացրել են, որ ինչպես միշտ Արցախի ժողովուրդը բանակի թիկունքում է լինելու և չի հանդուրժելու բանակի դեմ որևէ ոտնձգություն: Բանակի նվիրվածությունը մեր Հայրենիքի պաշտպանությանը կասկածի տակ առնելը անհանդուրժելի է:

Քիչ առաջ էլ հայտարարություն տարածեցին նշյալ քաղաքական ուժերը՝ ՀՅԴ Արցախի կենտրոնական կոմիտեն, Արցախի Արդարություն կուսակցությունը եւ Արցախի ժողովրդավարական կուսակցությունը՝ ողջունելով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Զինված ուժերի Գլխավոր շտաբի հայտարարությունը՝  Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և նրա կառավարության հրաժարականի պահանջով:

Հայտարարությունում նաեւ ասվում է. «Այդ հայտարարությամբ Հայոց Բանակը վերստին փաստեց ժողովրդական լինելու և երկրի համար այս ծանր իրավիճակում պետականության հիմքերը պաշտպանելու իր պատրաստակամությունը:

Բոլորս մտահոգված ենք Հայոց Բանակի պահանջից հետո Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում ծավալվող իրադարձություններով և պահանջում ենք Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի  վարչախմբից զերծ մնալ արկածախնդրությունից և ընդունել  Բանակի և ժողովրդի պահանջը:

Այս իրավիճակում ՀՀ մեր քույրերին և եղբայրներին, պետության ճակատագրով  մտահոգված քաղաքացիներին կոչ ենք անում մերժել քաղաքացիական բախումներ  հրահրող ազգադավ իշխանության սադրանքները և կանգնել Հայոց Բանակի ու Հայրենիքի փրկության շարժման կողքին:

Նժարի վրա է դրված Արցախի, մեր Հայրենիքի և համայն հայության ապագան և միայն նոր իշխանությունների ու համազգային համախմբվածության մթնոլորտում կարելի է հասնել ճգնաժամի հանգուցալուծմանը::

Հայտարարությունում նաեւ ասվում է. «Այդ հայտարարությամբ Հայոց Բանակը վերստին փաստեց ժողովրդական լինելու և երկրի համար այս ծանր իրավիճակում պետականության հիմքերը պաշտպանելու իր պատրաստակամությունը:

Բոլորս մտահոգված ենք Հայոց Բանակի պահանջից հետո Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում ծավալվող իրադարձություններով և պահանջում ենք Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի  վարչախմբից զերծ մնալ արկածախնդրությունից և ընդունել  Բանակի և ժողովրդի պահանջը:

Այս իրավիճակում ՀՀ մեր քույրերին և եղբայրներին, պետության ճակատագրով  մտահոգված քաղաքացիներին կոչ ենք անում մերժել քաղաքացիական բախումներ  հրահրող ազգադավ իշխանության սադրանքները և կանգնել Հայոց Բանակի ու Հայրենիքի փրկության շարժման կողքին:

Նժարի վրա է դրված Արցախի, մեր Հայրենիքի և համայն հայության ապագան և միայն նոր իշխանությունների ու համազգային համախմբվածության մթնոլորտում կարելի է հասնել ճգնաժամի հանգուցալուծմանը»:
