Պետական կառավարման համակարգը գրեթե ամբողջությամբ կաթվածահար վիճակում է: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը մի կողմից՝ հայտարարում է, թե անշեղորեն առաջնորդվում է դեռևս նախորդ տարվա նոյեմբերին հռչակած «ճանապարհային քարտեզի» կետերի կյանքի կոչմամբ, մյուս կողմից՝ պարապուրդի է մատնել այնպիսի ոլորտներ, որոնք, ըստ էության, պետք է հատկապես հետկորոնավիրուսային և հետպատերազմական ժամանակահատվածում առանցքային դեր խաղային տնտեսության վերականգնման հարցում:

Մասնավորաբար, արդեն տևական ժամանակ է՝ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարության ենթակայության տակ գտնվող զբոսաշրջության պետական կոմիտեում բարձիթողի վիճակ է: Նախկին նախագահի պաշտոնավարման ժամանակահատվածում էլ ոլորտի մասնագետները շատ դժգոհ էին այս կառույցի գործունեությունից, իսկ շատ դեպքերում՝ պարզապես անգործությունից: Փետրվարի սկզբին նախագահն ազատվեց աշխատանքից, և կազմակերպությունը շուրջ մեկ ամիս է չունի նախագահ, թափուր են որոշ առանցքային պաշտոններ:

«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, իշխանությունները չեն կարողանում գտնել մեկին, որը կհամաձայնի հեռացող իշխանության կազմում ստանձնել այդ պաշտոնը և լինի այնպիսի պրոֆեսիոնալ, որ կարողանա կոլապսի մեջ հայտնված ոլորտը ոտքի կանգնեցնել: Չնայած, կառավարության մեր աղբյուրները փոխանցում են, որ առանձնապես ջանք էլ չեն գործադրում այդ ուղղությամբ: Ինչպես ասում են՝ не до этого: Արդյունքում շարունակում է քայքայվել Հայաստան փող բերող հերթական ոլորտը: Այնինչ, առկա իրավիճակում, հատկապես կորոնավիրուսից ու պատերազմից հետո, այս ոլորտի բնականոն գործունեությունը օդ ու ջրի պես անհրաժեշտ է մեր երկրին:
