Բանակի հաջորդ քայլը
SOCIETYԶՈՒ Գլխավոր շտաբի հայտարարությունից հետո Հայաստանում իշխող խմբի ու 17-ի դիմակայությունը սրվել է, ակնհայտ է նաեւ Հայաստանի ներքին իրավիճակն ապակայունացնելու արտաքին փորձը։ Քարոզչական պլանում ռուսական ու ռուսահայ զլմներով տարածվող տեղեկատվական ու «գաղափարական» թեզերը ներքաղաքական գզվռտոցի թեմա են ընդամենը, որն ակնհայտորեն հետաքրքիր չէ հայ հանրության լայն շերտերին։
Ներկա կառավարությանն իշխանությունից կհեռացնի հայ ժողովուրդը, ինչպես, որ ժամանակին բերել է իշխանության, ասում է Հրանտ Տեր-Աբրահամյանը, նշելով, որ «շնորհիվ մեր ժողովրդի զարմանալի առողջ բնազդի, և հակառակ նրա, որ ներկա կառավարությունը երկու տարում ոչինչ այդպես էլ չարեց հայ ժողովրդի դիրքերն ամրացնելու համար, ամբողջ քաղաքական և տեղեկատվական դաշտը թողնելով դրսի ուժերի ձեռքում, չնայած այդ անհավատալի ոչմիբանչանելուն, ժողովրդական բնազդն ինքնին պատնեշ եղավ 1920-ի դեկտեմբերի կրկնության: Իսկ դա նշանակում է, որ պատմությունը դեռ չի ավարտվել»:
Պատմությունն իսկապես չի ավարտվել՝ Հայաստանի դեմ ռուս-թուրքական ագրեսիան շարունակում է ծավալվել տարբեր ուղղություններով, եւ ներքաղաքական դիմակայության կողմերի անհամարժեքության ու անարժանապատիվ մոտիվացիայի պայմաններում բանակի դերը դառնում է առանցքային։ ԶՈՒ ԳՇ հայտնի հայտարարությունը հեղաշրջում կամ հեղաշրջման փորձ չէ, փորձն այլ տեղում է, բանակից դուրս։ Բանակի հաջորդ քայլը լայն իմաստով դրանից դուրս մնալն է՝ պատնեշ դառնալով Հայաստանի ինքնիշխանությունն ու հայկական իրավունքներն ու պահանջները չեղարկելու արտաքին ու ներքին դերակատարների ծրագրերի ու մտադրությունների առաջ։
Բանակը չափից ավելի կորուստներ է կրել ու հարվածներ ստացել հենց այդ ծրագրերի մեջ Հայաստանը խցկելու եւ դրա վրա մակաբուծելու քաղաքական դասի «հավատամքի» պատճառով։ Եկել է դրանից դուրս գալու, այդ ծրագրերն իրենց բոլոր մասնակիցների հետ փաթեթով մերժելու ժամանակը։ Հայաստանը նույնիսկ այս վիճակում պահում է մեծ հնարավորություններ, բանակը ժողովրդի ու իրական հայրենասիրական ուժերի հետ այն հիմքն է, որի վրա կառուցվելու է հայկական նոր պետականությունը։
