Պաշտոնական Ստեփանակերտի կոշտ արձագանքը՝ Ալիևի հայտարարությանը
POLITICSԱրցախի Հանրապետությունը չի կարող լինել Ադրբեջանի մաս։ Այս մասին իր թվիթերյան միկրոբլոգում գրել է Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահի աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Արտակ Բեգլարյանը՝ անդրադառնալով Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիեւի՝ փետրվարի 26-ին տեղի ունեցած ասուլիսի ընթացքում արած այն հայտարարությանը, թե Արցախի կարգավիճակի հարցը պետք է դուրս գա քաղաքական օրակարգից։
«Արցախի Հանրապետությունը չի կարող լինել Ադրբեջանի մաս, չի կարող լինել որևէ ինտեգրում, և մեր ժողովուրդը չի կարող ապրել մեր սեփական երկրում որպես «Ադրբեջանի քաղաքացի»:
Մեր իրացված ինքնորոշման իրավունքը պետք է ամբողջությամբ և միջազգային մակարդակով ճանաչվի»,- գրել է Արտակ Բեգլարյանը։
ԱՀ նախագահի աշխատակազմի ղեկավարը հակազդել է նաև Ալիևի՝ գերիների մասին այն պնդումներին, թե իբր Ադրբեջանում գտնվում են միայն ահաբեկիչները, և պաշտոնական Բաքուն վերադարձրել է բոլոր գերիներին և զոհվածների մարմինները:
«Ալիևը ստում է, քանի որ Ադրբեջանը պահում է ոչ միայն հետպատերազմյան շրջանում գերեվարվածներին, այլ նաև՝ պատերազմական ժամանակաշրջանում գերեվարված քաղաքացիական անձանց (ներառյալ կանայք և տարեցներ) և բազմաթիվ ռազմագերիների՝ անհերքելի ապացույցներով: Ինչ վերաբերում է հետպատերազմյան ժամանակաշրջանում Խծաբերդում գերեվարված 62 անձանց, ապա նրանք ոչ մի մարտում չեն ներգրավվել»,- գրել է Բեգլարյանը:
Ըստ պաշտոնիայի՝ Ադրբեջանը խոշտանգելով բանտում սպանել է որոշ գերիների՝ հավանաբար նկատի ունենալով Ալիևի կողմից ներկայացված Միշա Մելքումյանի և այլ դեպքերը:
«Հայատյացության մակարդակը Ալիևի խոսքում շարունակական է, ինչը խաղաղ տրամադրությունների նշան չէ:
Հայերի նկատմամբ քսենոֆոբիան Ադրբեջանի հասարակության մեջ ունի խորը, տարածված և ագրեսիվ դրսևորումներ, որոնք հստակ խրախուսվում են իշխանությունների և հենց նախագահի կողմից»,- ընդգծել է Արտակ Բեգլարյանը։
«Եթե Ալիևն ասում է, թե իբր ոչ մի ապացույց չի հայտնաբերվել Ադրբեջանի կողմից վարձկանների ներգրավման վերաբերյալ, ապա ի՞նչ կասեք կալանավորված վարձկանների, նրանց վկայությունների, Ռուսաստանի, Ֆրանսիայի, ԱՄՆ-ի, Իրանի և այլ երկրների կողմից ամենաբարձր մակարդակով հնչեցված հայտարարությունների մասին:
Նա կարծես ասում է աշխարհին. «Մենք արեցինք, բայց դուք չկարողացաք ապացուցել»»,- եզրահանգում է Բեգլարյանը:
Անդրադառնալով Արցախ մուտքի վիզայի վերաբերյալ Ալիևի հոխորտանքին ԱՀ նախագահի աշխատակազմի ղեկավարը գրել է. «Ադրբեջանը չի կարող որևէ դեր ունենալ Արցախի Հանրապետություն օտարերկրացիների մուտքի ընթացակարգերում:
Դա մեր բացառիկ իրավունքն ու գործառույթն է, որը տեխնիկապես իրականացվում է Արցախում տեղակայված ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորակազմի հետ միասին: Որևէ միջամտություն անընդունելի է»։
