«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Թե՛ փետրվարի 25-ին, թե՛, առավել ևս, երեկ Փաշինյանի հրավիրած հանրահավաքներին մասնակցություն ապահովելու համար, ինչպես հայտնի է, գործի էր դրվել ամբողջ վարչական ռեսուրսը՝ նախարարություններ, մարզպետարաններ, համայնքապետարաններ, դպրոցներ, մնակապարտեզներ, այլ պետական հաստատություններ, այս ամենին գումարած՝ իշխանության «սրտի» օլիգարխները: Բայց այնպիսի աննախադեպ ծավալով են վարչական ռեսուրս կիրառել, որ, շատերի համոզմամբ, այս ամենին «հասնելու» համար նախկինները «շատ հացուպանիր պիտի ուտեին»: Սակայն մենք անընդհատ տեղեկություններ էինք ստանում, որ պետական կառույցների շատ աշխատակիցներ պարզապես հրաժարվել են ենթարկվել իրենց շեֆերի անօրինական հրահանգներին:

Ավելին, մեր հավաստի տեղեկություններով, շատերը պարզապես ազատման դիմումներ են գրել, որոշ տեղերում կառույցների ղեկավարներն են հոխորտացել, թե չենթարկվողները թող դիմում գրեն, գնան: Սակայն այն բանից հետո, երբ ազատման դիմումների քանակը սպառնալից չափերի է հասել, այդ մասին զեկուցել են Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, և որոշվել է կտրուկ քայլեր չձեռնարկել, մարդկանց «փշի-փշի» անել, որպեսզի հավել յալ աղմուկ չբարձրանա: «Ասել են՝ դրանց հարցերը հետո կլուծենք, էս ամեն ինչից դուրս գանք, նոր: Առանց այն էլ վիճակներս վիճակ չէ»,փոխանցեց մեր աղբյուրը:
