Թուրքիայի իշխանությունները ուզում են ստեղծել Facebook-ի, Amazon-ի, Apple-ի, Microsoft-ի եւ Google-ի ազգային տարբերակները` միեւնույն ժամանակ ընդգծելով Թուրքիայում առցանց պահեստավորման կարեւորությունը:

«Աշխարհն ավելի մեծ է, քան GAFAM-ը»,- հայտարարել է Թուրքիայի նախագահին առընթեր թվային փոփոխությունների գրասենյակի ղեկավար Ալի Թահա Քոչը, որն օգտագործել է հինգ առաջատար տեխնոլոգիական հսկաների հապավումը:

Տվյալների անվտանգությունը «նույնպես կարեւոր է եւ նույնքան առաջնային է, որքան սահմանների անվտանգությունը»,- ասել է Քոչը՝ հավելելով, որ «մենք պետք է ստեղծենք GAFAM-ի անալոգներ»:

Նշենք, որ Թուրքիան սոցիալական ցանցերում աշխատող ընկերությունների համար նոր սահմանափակումներ եւ տուգանքներ է սահմանել՝ սոցիալական ցանցերի մասին օրենքը խախտելու համար, որը պահանջում է, որ տվյալները պահվեն Թուրքիայում եւ երկրում ներկայացուցիչներ ունենան` իրենց հարթակների բովանդակության վերաբերյալ բողոքները դիտարկելու համար:

Անցյալ ամիս նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանը հայտարարել էր, որ Թուրքիան տեղի չի տա սոցցանցերի ճնշմանը՝ հարթակներին մեղադրելով «կիբեռբռնապետության» մեջ:

Թուրքիայի իշխանությունները միլիոնավոր դոլարների տուգանել են սոցիալական ցանցերին՝ ստիպելով նրանց հրաժարվել իրենց կանոններից եւ հետեւել թուրքական օրենքներին:

Facebook-ը, Amazon-ը, Apple-ը, Microsoft-ը եւ Google-ը «ավելի շատ բան գիտեն մարդկանց մասին, քան պետությունը»,- ասել է Քոչը: «Եւ եթե այս ընկերությունները որոշեն իրենց տվյալները կիսել միմյանց հետ, մենք կկործանվենք»: Նախագահի պաշտոնական ներկայացուցչի խոսքով՝ օգտագործողների տվյալների շահարկումը եւ հետագայում այդ տեղեկատվությունը որպես զենք օգտագործելը «մեր ժամանակի ամենամեծ սպառնալիքներից մեկն է»:

Թուրք պաշտոնյայի հավակնոտ կոչը վերջ կդնի հինգ տեխնոլոգիական հսկաների մենաշնորհին, որոնց շուկայական ընդհանուր արժեքը 7,5 տրիլիոն դոլար է, հեգնանքով նշվել է թուրքական սոցիալական ցանցերում:

«Աշխարհն ավելի մեծ է, քան GAFAM-ը»՝ սա արտահայտություն է, որը հիշեցնում է Էրդողանի «աշխարհը հինգից ավելին է» արտահայտությունը, որը վերաբերում էր ՄԱԿ Անվտանգության խորհրդի հինգ մշտական ներկայացուցիչներին՝ Մեծ Բրիտանիա, Ֆրանսիա, Չինաստան, Ռուսաստան եւ ԱՄՆ:

«Միայն Apple-ի շուկայական արժեքը երեք անգամ գերազանցում է Թուրքիայի համախառն ազգային արդյունքը»,- գրել է Twitter-ի օգտատերերից մեկը:
