«168 ժամ»․ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը պատերազմ է հայտարարել բանակին, բոլոր նրանց, ովքեր դեռևս փորձում են փրկել պետության ու պետականության վերջին մնացորդները

«Սեփական խոսնակի շուրթերով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարել է, թե «Իսկանդերի» մասին իր սկանդալային հայտարարության պատճառն այն է, որ իրեն «ճիշտ չի զեկուցվել»։

 

«Հայաստանի վարչապետն առկա փաստերի և տվյալների համադրության արդյունքում եկել է եզրակացության, որ իրեն այս իրավիճակի առնչությամբ ճիշտ չի զեկուցվել»,- ասել է նրա խոսնակը:

 

Այսինքն՝ հերթական անգամ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը մտել է մեծ ավանտյուրայի մեջ, որից, ինչպես նրա բոլոր քայլերի դեպքում, տուժում է Հայաստանի անվտանգությունը։

 

«Իսկանդերի» չկրակելու մասին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի սկանդալային հայտարարությունն ակնհայտորեն թաքնված նպատակներ ուներ․ դրանով նա կամ ինչ-որ ուղերձ էր հղում, օրինակ, Արևմուտքին՝ ակնկալելով ստանալ, ասենք՝ քաղաքական աջակցություն, կամ պարզապես փորձում էր վարկաբեկել Ռուսաստանին՝ դրա դիմաց ինչ-ինչ դիվիդենտներ ստանալով։

 

Այդ հայտարարությունից հետո, ըստ ամենայնի, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ակնկալիքները չեն արդարացել, Արևմուտքից նա չի ստացել այն, ինչի համար դիմել էր նման ավանտյուրայի։ Իսկ ռուսական գրեթե բոլոր շրջանակներից ստացված, մեղմ ասած, խիստ արձագանքը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին դրել էր ուղղակի պատային վիճակում։ Եվ ահա այդ իրավիճակից նա որոշեց դուրս գալ՝ Հայաստանի զինված ուժերի, բանակի հերթական հեղինակազրկման հաշվին։

 

Խոսնակի հայտարարությունում չի հասցեավորվում, սակայն ակնհայտ է, որ վարչապետին «ճիշտ չզեկուցել» կարող էին միայն Զինված ուժերից, Գլխավոր շտաբից։

 

Այսպիսով, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն իր խայտառակ ու վտանգավոր հայտարարության պատասխանատվությունը դնում է Գլխավոր շտաբի վրա, ու դա անում է այն պահին, երբ բոլոր հնարավոր միջոցներով ցանկանում է պաշտոնանկ անել Գլխավոր շտաբի պետ Օնիկ Գասպարյանին։

 

Բայց իրավիճակի ողբերգականությունն այն է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ իր կարծիքով՝ նման խորամանկությամբ չոր դուրս գալով իրավիճակից, միևնույն ժամանակ խոստովանում է, որ ինքը Հայաստանում այլևս իշխանություն չունի։ Երկրի ղեկավարը, որին կարող են «սխալ զեկուցել» պետության զինանոցում առկա ամենահզոր զենքի օգտագործման մասին, հասկանալիորեն, այլևս չի տիրապետում իշխանությանը։

 

Այսպիսով, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ ռուսական կողմի առաջ արդարանալու համար զոհաբերելով Հայաստանի զինված ուժերին, խոստովանում է սեփական անիշխանության, իրավիճակին չտիրապետելու մասին։
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն իր իշխանության շուրջ երեք տարիների ընթացքում հետևողականորեն կազմաքանդել է պետությունն ու պետականությունը, պետական կառավարման բոլոր համակարգերը։ 44-օրյա պատերազմի միջոցով նա կարողացավ մեծագույն հարված հասցնել նաև Հայաստանի ամենակայացած համակարգին՝ բանակին։

 

Բայց նա դրանով չի սահմանափակվում և պատերազմից հետո էլ շարունակում է բանակը հեղինակազրկելու իր հակապետական քայլերը։

 

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը պատերազմ է հայտարարել բանակին, բոլոր նրանց, ովքեր դեռևս փորձում են փրկել պետության ու պետականության վերջին մնացորդները։ Նրա հաղթանակն այդ պատերազմում նշանակելու է Հայաստանի պետականության վերջնական կորուստ՝ ամբողջացնելով Ադրբեջանի՝ 44-օրյա պատերազմում տարած հաղթանակը»,-գրում է թերթը:
