times.am-ը գրում է. «Նախօրեին Երևանում տեղի ունեցած հանրահավաքից հետո իշխանական ողջ քարոզչությունը լծվել է ադմինիստրատիվ ռեսուրսի թերացումների շտկման աշխատանքին։ Խնդիրը դավաճան Նիկոլին քիչ թե շատ հանգստացնելն ու մարդկանց հերթական անգամ խաբելն է, իբր թե Հանրապետության հրապարակի հանրահավաքում մի քանի տասնյակ հազար քաղաքացի է մասնակցել։ Բանը նրանում է, որ Նիկոլի պատվիրած 50 հազար թիվն ադմինիստրատիվ ռեսուրսը չի կարողացել ապահովել։ Հրապարակում հանրահավաքի ամենաթեժ պահին առավելագույնը մոտ 18 հազար քաղաքացի է եղել։ Բայց ինչպե՞ս կարող էին իրենց դավաճան ղեկավարի հանձնարարականը տապալած չինովնիկներն արդարացնել իրենց անպիտանելիությունը։ Իհարկե Photoshop-ի օգնությամբ։

Այսպես, նիկոլական քարոզչությունն երեկվանից մի տեսարան է տարածում, որտեղ հրապարակը, կարծես, պայթում է մարդկանց քանակից։ Խոսքն ահա այս լուսանկարի մասին է։

Համաձայնեք՝ տպավորիչ պատկեր է։ Լույսեր, հեռվում դրոշ ու մարդիկ, «մարդիկ», «մարդիկ»… Բայց դա առաջին հայացքից։ Բավական է մի փոքրիկ քննադատական հայացքով նայես ու պարզ կդառնա, որ ինչ-որ մի բան այս լուսանկարում այն չէ։ Օրինակ, Հանրապետության հրապարակի ուղղանկյուն ձևը։ Կամ, մարդկանց չափից ավելի ուղիղ շարվածքն այդ հրապարակում…

Հասկանալու համար, թե ինչ խնդիր կա այս լուսանկարում, մեր ընթերցողի ուշադրությանն ենք ներկայացնում մեկ այլ լուսանկար՝ բնականաբար նույն հրապարակից, նույն հանրահավաքից և նույն ժամին։

Առաջին իսկ հայացքից պարզ է դառնում, որ երկու լուսանկարների մեջ ակնհայտ տարբերություններ կան։ Օրինակ, այս երկրորդում հայկական եռագույնը շատ ավելի մոտ է բեմին, քան առաջին լուսանկարում էր։ Դե իսկ մարդկանց խտությունն էլ անհամեմատ ավելի նոսր է, քան ներկայացված էր նախորդ պատկերում։ Բայց սա դեռ ամենը չէ։

Եթե կողք կողքի դնենք երկու լուսանկարները, ապա կտեսնենք, թե ինչպես է Նիկոլի քարոզչության թիմից ինչ-որ մեկը երկար ժամանակ անցկացրել Photoshop-ով գեղեցիկ պատկեր ստանալու համար։

Ահա այստեղ կարմիր շրջանակով ընդգծված են այն պաստառները, որոնք նիկոլական քարոզչամեքենայի կողմից այդքան հեռացվել են Հայաստանի բացված մեծ դրոշից, որպեսզի տպավորություն ստեղծվի, թե հրապարակում ավելի շատ մարդ կա, քան իրականում եղել են։ Իսկ կապույտ շրջանակով ցույց է տրված մի պաստառ, որը Նիկոլի աշխատակցի երևակայության արդյունքն է։ Այն ավելացվել է նկարում բացառապես մեկ մպատակով՝ որպեսզի հնարավոր լինի թաքցնել կեղծիքը։ Իբրև այդտեղ իրական մարդիկ էին կանգնած և պաստառ ունեին։

Հաշվի առնելով այս ամենը՝ փորձենք հասկանալ, թե որքան թիվ է գումարել Նիկոլի «տաղանդաշատ» դիզայները իրենց իսկ հանրահավաքի իրական թվի մասնակիցներին։

Ներկայացված այս լուսանկարում կապույտ գույնի շրջանակում ցույց է տրված մարդկան այն քանակը, որն իրականում նախօրեին չի եղել Հանրապետության հրապարակում։ Այսինքն, դա Photoshop-ով ավելացված զանգված է, որը նիկոլական քարոզչությանը պետք էր մարդկանց խաբելու համար։

Կարմիր շրջանակներով ընդգծված են հանրահավաքի այն հատվածներըմ որտեղ կանգնած մարդկանց խտությունը նույնպես արհեստականորեն մոտ երկու անգամ ավելացվել է։ Նարնջագույն ընդգծված շրջանակում մարդկանց խտությունն ավելացվել է մոտ 1/3-ով։

Ասվածն, իհարկե, չի նշանակում, որ Նիկոլի հրավիրած հանրահավաքին նախօրեին քիչ մարդ է բերվել։ Բայց խնդիրը թերևս դրանում չէ։ Խնդիրն այն է, որ Նիկոլն ու իր կեղծարարները շարունակում են խաբել մարդկանց և ահա այդպես խաբելով, երկիրը տանում կործանման»։
