BLOGՓաստաբանների պալատի նախագահ Արա Զոհրաբյանը ֆեյսբուքյան գրառում է արել, որում անդրադառնում է նախագահի կողմից ԳՇ պետին ազատելու մասին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի առաջարկը չստորագրելուն։ Գրառումը՝ ստորև․
«Նախագահի հնարավոր վարքագծի մասին
Եթե նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանը վարչապետի դիրքորոշումը (նախագահի առարկությունները չընդունելու) ստանալու պահից եռօրյա ժամկետում չի դիմում ՀՀ սահմանադրական դատարան՝ վարչապետի կողմից նախագահին ներկայացված միջնորդությունը Սահմանադրությանը հակասող ճանաչելու մասին դիմումով, ապա չորրորդ օրվանից Օնիկ Գասպարյանին ազատելու մասին ակտը կհամարվի ուժի մեջ մտած իրավունքի ուժով (ՀՀ Սահմանադրության 139-րդ հոդված, 3-րդ մաս):
Այս պայմաններում, «Զինվորական ծառայության և զինծառայողի կարգավիճակի մասին» օրենքի սահմանադրականության հարցով ՍԴ դիմելը որևէ կերպ չի լուծում ծագած սահմանադրական վեճը: Սա կարելի է որակել, որպես մանիպուլյատիվ գործողություն՝ իրական խնդրի փոխարինում այլ՝ վիրտուալ խնդրով:
Իրականում, Հանրապետության նախագահը պետք է հաշվի առնի հետևյալը.
Հայտարարությունը տարածել են նաև Զինված ուժերի բարձրաստիճան սպաներ: Առ այսօր մենք փողոցներում չենք տեսել ԶՈՒ զինված ստորաբաժանումներ, ինչը խոսում է այն մասին, որ գլխավոր շտաբի պետը բախումների չի տանում և հավասարակշռված ձևով փորձում է իրական խնդիրը լուծել:
Նախագահի կողմից հրամանագիրը ստորագրելու կամ որ նույնն է չստորագրելու միջոցով հրամանագրին ուժ տալու դեպքում, Զինված ուժերի բարձրաստիճան սպաների և մյուս զինվորականների գործողությունները կարող են անկանխատեսելի լինել: Հետևանքների ամբողջ պատասխանատվությունն ընկնում է նախագահի և վարչապետի վրա:
