Ում է տեսնում ԳՇ պետի պաշտոնում Փաշինյանը
POLITICSԹեեւ նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանը չստորագրեց ԳՇ պետ Օնիկ Գասպարյանի ազատման որոշումը, սակայն, ըստ իշխանությունների, հինգշաբթի օրն իրավունքի ուժով Օնիկ Գասպարյանը կազատվի զբաղեցրած պաշտոնից։ Իշխանությունում արդեն մի քանի օր է՝ ԳՇ նոր պետի թեկնածուներ են դիտարկում, մամուլում քննարկվում է երկու անուն՝ ԳՇ պետի տեղակալ Անդրանիկ Մակարյանի, որն այն քիչ զինվորականներից է, որ չի միացել Փաշինյանի հրաժարականի պահանջին, և ՀՀ ՊՆ ռազմական վերահոսկողական ծառայության պետ Ջալալ Հարությունյանի թեկնածությունը:
Սակայն քիչ առաջ տեղեկացանք, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ընտրությունը կարծես թե կանգ է առել ԳՇ նախկին պետ Արտակ Դավթյանի վրա, ով հարցազրույցներից մեկում համաձայնել էր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի այն ձեւակերպման հետ, թե ԳՇ հայտարարությունը ռազմական հեղաշրջման փորձ է։ Մինչդեռ Ջալալ Հարությունյանը լրատվամիջոցներից մեկի հետ զրույցում իր աջակցությունն էր հայտնել բանակին՝ ասելով, որ միշտ բանակի կողքին է։
Մենք փորձեցինք Արտակ Դավթյանից պարզել՝ ստացե՞լ է արդյոք նման առաջարկ․«Ես տեղյակ չեմ»։ Ձեզ առաջարկ արե՞լ են, թե՞ ոչ․«Ես ոչ մի բանից տեղյակ չեմ»։ Եթե անեն՝ կընդունե՞ք․ «Չեմ ուզում ոչ մի մեկնաբանություն տալ»։
Հիշեցնենք, որ Դավթյանը 2018 թվականի մայիսի 24-ից մինչև 2020 թվականի հունիսի 8-ը եղել է ԳՇ պետ: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նրան ազատեց մեր հայտնի հրապարակումից հետո, երբ Դավթյանը կորոնավիրուսի կարանտինի օրերին որդու հարսանիքն էր արել՝ մեծ թվով հյուրերով, երգ-երաժշտությամբ։
Դավթյանի ազատման առիթով կառավարության նիստում Փաշինյանն ասել էր․ «Ես ուզում եմ երջանկություն մաղթել բոլոր նորապսակներին և նաև գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Արտակ Դավթյանի որդուն ու հարսին, հույս ունենալ, որ նրանք երջանիկ ընտանիք կձևավորեն։ Ես էլի ուզում եմ ասել, որ որոշումները շատ հաճախ ճգնաժամային իրավիճակներում միանշանակ չեն լինում։ Բայց գալիս ու հասնում է մի գիծ, երբ կարգապահությունը, կարգ ու կանոնը արտակարգ դրության և երկրի ղեկավարի ասածներից բխող գործողությունների ճշգրիտ և անվերապահ կատարումը դառնում է առաջնահերթություն մնացած բոլոր հարցերի վերաբերյալ»։
