Արտառոց միջադեպ Էրեբունի նստավայրում. ո՞վ և ինչո՞ւ է հարվածել դատական կարգադրիչին

Այսօր տարօրինակ միջադեպ է տեղի ունեցել Երևան քաղաքի առաջին ատյանի դատարանի Էրեբունի նստավայրում:

Քաղաքացիական հագուստով անձը հարվածել է դատական կարգադրիչի գլխին ու հրել նրան: Միջադեպի տեսանյութը հրապարակել է փաստաբան Տիգրան Սարգսյանը, որն այդ պահին դատարան է մտել՝ նիստի:

168.am-ը հենց նրանից էլ տեղեկացել է դեպքի մանրամասների մասին.

«Երբ որ մոտեցա դատարանի մուտքին (այնտեղ նիստի էի), տեսնեմ՝ քաղաքացիական հագուստով մեկը դատարանի մուտքի մոտ վիճում է,  ու մի քանի վայրկյան հետո սկսեց ուժգնությամբ հարվածել դատական կարգադրիչի գլխին,  հրել բարձր աստիճանների վրայից: Հետո դատարանից դուրս թափվեցին մյուս կարգադրիչները, մյուս աշխատակիցները, ու ընդհանուր քաշքշոց եղավ»:

Փաստաբանը նշում է՝ տեսանելի էր, որ քաղաքացիական հագուստով անձին ամրակցված է եղել հրազեն.

«Կարգադրիչների պատմածով՝ պարզվեց, որ ինքը ոստիկանության աշխատող է, ու մեքենան կայանել է այնտեղ, որտեղ ինքն է ուզում, կարգադրիչն իրեն դիտողություն է արել.  դիտողությունով պայմանավորված՝ վեճ է եղել»:

Մեր զրուցակիցը պահանջել է հետևողական լինել, հաղորդում տալ.

«Նման բաները չի կարելի կոծկել:  Քաղաքացիական հագուստով մարդ, կողքը՝ զենք, դատական կարգադրիչին, որը համազգեստով է, պետական ծառայող է, ինչ-որ տեղ պետություն է ներկայացնում՝ հրապարակային հարվածի»:

Պարզաբանման ակնկալիքով զանգահարեցինք նաև Երևան քաղաքի առաջին ատյանի դատարանի Էրեբունի նստավայր, այնտեղից մեզ ուղղորդեցին Դատական դեպարտամենտի լրատվական բաժին, որտեղից մեզ մասնավորապես հայտնեցին՝ սպասեք մեր գործողությունների հաջորդականությանը:
