Հետմահու կոչումազրկե՞լ եք մեր որդուն. Արցախյան երկրորդ պատերազմում զոհված զինծառայողի ծնողները չեն ընդունել որդուն շնորհված մեդալը

Հանրությանը դիմում են արցախյան երկրորդ պատերազմում զոհված 20 ամյա ժամկետային զինծառայող Էդգար Դոլուխանյանի ծնողները` Ռևա և Սվետլանա Դոլուխանյանները։
Մեր որդուն կորցնելուց հետո ցավը անասելի մեծ է, կորուստը` անչափելի։Երբևէ չենք մտածել, որ այսքան երիտասարդ տարիքում այսքան մեծ ցավի տեր կդառնանք։Մեր որդին մեր տան ճրագն էր, մեր ապավենը, մեր հպարտությունը։Նա մեզ համար հերոս է, բայց պետք է հերոս լինի նաև բոլորի համար։Կորուստն անդառնալի է, ցավը` մեծ, սակայն էլ ավելի է մեծանում, երբ նրան ու նրա նման հերոսներին չեն գնահատում ըստ արժանվույն` այդպես աղ լցնելով մեր բաց վերքին։
Երեկ առավոտյան մեր տուն է գալիս մի անծանոթ տղա։Ներկայանում է որպես Էդգարի ծառայակից ընկեր։Զրուցեցինք բավականին, պատմեց Էդգարի մասին թե՛ պատերազմական դրվագներ, թե՛ ընդհանուր ծառայությունից։Ասաց, որ Մարտունու շրջանի Թաղավարդ գյուղից է, և Էդգարի հետ նույն օրն են բանակ զորակոչվել։ Տղայի գնալուց հետո նկատեցինք, որ բազմոցին տոպրակ է թողել, հետո գնացել։Տոպրակը բացելուց հետո ապշել էինք.մեր զինվոր բալի մեդալն էր` հետմահու, ուղարկված անծանոթ տղայի միջոցով։ Բառերով չենք կարող նկարագրել, թե հոգեկան ինչ ծանր վիճակում էինք։ Պարզվեց տղային մեդալը տվել էր Հադրութի «զամպալիտ պալկան»: Քանի որ տղան ևս Մարտունու շրջանից է, ասել էին, որ մեդալը տանի հանձնի Էդգարի ծնողներին։
Նշենք նաև, որ մեր որդու զոհվելուց հետո Հադրութի ոչ մի սպա, ոչ մեկ հրամանատար կազմից չի այցելել մեզ և ոչ էլ զանգով չեն ցավակցել կատարվածի համար։ Մեր որդու ծառայության ավարտին մնացել էր 100 օր, նա կոչումով ավագ սերժանտ էր, հակատանկային դասակի ավագ օպերատոր էր։ Պատերազմի օրերին խոցել է թշնամու տանկ։ Նախքան պատերազմը սպայական կազմը առիթը բաց չէր թողնում մեր որդուն գովելու, նրան համարում էին Հադրութի զորամասի լավագույն զինվորներից։Իսկ ի՞նչ կոչում էր նշված մեդալի պարգևատրման մասին հրամանագրում. ՇԱՐՔԱՅԻՆ։ Հետմահու կոչումազրկե՞լ եք մեր որդուն։
Էդգարի հետ ուս ուսի, մեջք մեջքի տված կռվել են Արցախի հերոսներ Յուրա Ալավերդյանն ու Դավիթ Գրիգորյանը։ Յուրան մի քանի մարտական ընկերների հետ այցելել է մեզ, մեր որդու շիրիմին։ Նորից ենք նշում` սպայական կազմից ոչ մեկ չի եկել։
Վրդովված գնացել ենք Ստեփանակերտ, ուզում էինք հանդիպել Ահ նախագահին ու ստանալ մեր հարցերի պատասխանները։ ԱՀ նախագահը մեզ չի ընդունել` պատճառաբանելով, որ ընդունելություն չկա։ Մեդալը թողել ենք ՊԲ-ում։ Նախ և առաջ պահանջում ենք, որ ուղղեն Էդգարի կոչումը` շարքայինը դարձնելով ավագ սերժանտ, և երկրորդ, ինչպես կարգն է թող այնպես հանձնեն մեր հերոսի մեդալը։ Մի շարժեք որդեկորույս ծնողների ցասումը, աղ մի լցրեք մեր չսպիացող վերքին։
Հարգելի՛ որդեկորույս ծնողներ, դիմում ենք ձեզ. ձեր որդիների նվիրումն էլ են այդպե՞ս գնահատել, ճի՞շտ վերաբերմունք են ցուցաբերել մեզ։
Ահ նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյան, ՊԲ նախարար Միքայել Արզումանյան, կարգը այդպե՞ս է։ Այդպե՞ս եք գնահատում մեր որդիների սխրանքը։ Մեր որդիներին հետ չեք բերի, բայց գոնե կարող էիք ըստ արժանվույն հարգել նրանց հիշատակն ու ծնողի ցավը։ Եթե կարգը այդպես է, ՄԵԶ ՄԵԴԱԼ ՊԵՏՔ ՉԻ։ՄԵԴԱԼՈՎ, ԹԵ ԱՌԱՆՑ ՄԵԴԱԼ, ՄԵՐ ՈՐԴԻՆ ՀԵՐՈՍ Է։
