Գերմանիան պատրաստվում է օրենքով պայքարել իսլամիստների անջատողականների դեմ
SOCIETYԳերմանիան, հետևելով Ֆրանսիայի օրինակին, պատրաստվում է օրենքի ուժով պայքարել իսլամիստ անջատողականների դեմ։ Գերմանիայի կանցլեր Անգելա Մերկելի կուսակցությունը՝ «Քրիստոնյա Դեմոկրատական Միությունը» (CDU) և «Քրիստոնյա Սոցիալիստական Միության»(CSU) ներքին գործերի աշխատանքային խումբը նախապատրաստել են մի փաստաթուղթ, որով նախատեսվում է խստացնել պայքարը իսլամիստների դեմ։ Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է ermenihaber.am-ը:
Այդ նպատակով փաստաթղթում ներկայացվել են մի շարք պահանջներ, որոնց թվում կան երկրում առկա մզկիթների հաշվառումը, արտասահմանյան ֆինանսավորումների վերահսկողությունը, իսլամիստական հոսանքների դեմ պայքարում ավելի շատ հետախուզական ուժերի ներգրավումը և այլն։
Գերմանիայի ներքին գործերի նախարարությունը հայտարարել է, որ իսլամիստական խմբերին իրենք հետևում են թե նահանգային հետախուզական ուժերի և թե անվտանգության ուժերի մակարդակով։ Գերմանիայի օրենքները հնարավորություն են տալիս իսլամիստական խմբերի դեմ արդյունավետ պայքար կազմակերպել։ Նախարարությունն ընդգծել է նաև, որ Գերմանիան ուշադիր հետևում է Ֆրանսիայում այս ուղղությամբ տարվող աշխատանքներին ու համագործակցում է թե Ֆրանսիայի, թե մյուս եվրոպական երկրների հետ։
ՆԳՆ հայտարարության մեջ հղում է արվել նաև 2020թ․ նոյեմբերի 13-ին ԵՄ ներքին գործերի նախարարների հրապարակած համատեղ հայտարարությանը։ ՆԳ նախարարներն այդ հայտարարությամբ կոչ էին արել տարբեր կրոնների ներկայացուցիչներին լինել հանդուրժող և հարգալից միմյանց նկատմամբ՝ հավաստիացնելով, որ ԵՄ-ն երաշխավորում է ընդունող երկրի օրենքների պահպանմամբ խաղաղ կրոնական ազատությունը, սակայն հակառակ մտադրությամբ աչքի ընկնող ծայրահեղականների դեմ կպայքարի իրավական պետության ամենախիստ մեթոդներով։
Հիշեցնենք, որ ավելի վաղ՝ փետրվարի 17-ին, Ֆրանսիայի խորհրդարանի ստորին պալատն առաջին ընթերցմամբ և ձայների 347 կողմ, 151 դեմ հարաբերությամբ ընդունեց «Անջատողականության դեմ պայքարի մասին» օրինագիծը: Հաջորդ փուլը Սենատն է, որտեղ լսումներ տեղի կունենան մարտի վերջին:
