«Ժողովուրդ»․ Մեկ տարի 10 ամսվա փոխարեն Դիլիջանի ղեկավարի ժ/պ Դավիթ Սարգսյանը քոլեջն ավարտել է առնվազն 3 տարում, իսկ այդ պաշտոնին նշանակվել է, քանի որ Սիփան Փաշինյանի մտերիմն է
POLITICSԴիլիջանի համայնքապետարանի ինտերնետային, պաշտոնական կայքում հրապարակվել է վարչապետ Ն. Փաշինյանի՝ 2021թ. փետրվարի 26-ի որոշմամբ Դիլիջան համայնքի ղեկավարի պաշտոնակատար նշանակված Դավիթ Սարգսյանի կենսագրությունը: Այնտեղ նշված է, որ 1984թ. ծնված Դավիթ Սարգսյանը 2000թ. ավարտել է Հաղարծնի միջնակարգ դպրոցը, 2002-2004թթ. անցել է զինվորական ծառայություն ՀՀ զինված ուժերում, 2001-2006թթ. սովորել է Դիլիջանի պետական քոլեջում, ավարտելով այն՝ ստացել է տնտեսագետի եւ հաշվապահական հաշվառման մասնագետի որակավորում, հեռակա կարգով սովորում է ԵՊՀ-ի տնտեսագիտական ֆակուլտետում:
Միջնակարգ կրթության հենքի վրա քոլեջում ուսումնառությունը մեկ տարի, 10 ամիս է, Դավիթ Սարգսյանը 2001-2006թթ. եղել է Դիլիջանի պետական քոլեջի ուսանող: 2001-2006թթ. 5 տարիներից 2-ը Դ. Սարգսյանը ծառայել է ՀՀ զինված ուժերում. ստացվում է, որ քոլեջն ավարտել է առնվազն 3 տարում: Դավիթ Սարգսյանի կենսագրության մեջ նշված է, որ նա 2016թ. ընտրվել է խոշոր Դիլիջան համայնքի ավագանու անդամ: Նա անկուսակցական է: Հայտնի է, որ նա Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի եղբորորդի, Տավուշի մարզից ԱԺ պատգամավոր Սիփան Փաշինյանի մտերիմ ընկերն է, Եւ հենց դրանով է պայմանավորված, որ միջնակարգ մասնագիտական կրթությամբ Դ. Սարգսյանին Ն. Փաշինյանը նշանակել է Դիլիջան քաղաքը եւ Հաղարծին, Թեղուտ, Գոշ, Հովք, Խաչարձան, Աղավնավանք գյուղերը միավորող Դիլիջան համայնքի ղեկավարի պաշտոնակատար:
Դիլիջան համայնքը 2005-2021 թթ. ղեկավարած Արմեն Սանթրոսյանը 6 այլ նախկին համայնքապետերի հետ դիմել է ՀՀ սահմանադրական դատարան՝ համարելով, որ այլ անձանց համայնքի ղեկավարի պաշտոնակատար նշանակելը սահմանադրական կարգի խախտում է, համայնքի ղեկավարի լիազորությունները դադարելուց հետո համայնքի ղեկավարը պետք է շարունակի պաշտոնավարել, մինչեւ ՏԻՄ նոր ընտրություններ կանցկացվեն:
