«Հայփոստ»-ը՝ կենսաթոշակի վճարման գործընթացի փոփոխման վերաբերյալ
SOCIETY«Հայփոստ»-ը հայտարարություն է տարածել, որում ասվում է․
«Վերջին շրջանում «Հայփոստ»-ը բազմաթիվ բողոքներ է ստանում, որտեղ կենսաթոշակառուները անհանգստություն են հայտնում իրենց կենսաթոշակի վճարման գործընթացի փոփոխման հետ կապված:
Հարգելի կենսաթոշակառուներ, հայտնում ենք, որ ստեղծված իրավիճակը չի առաջացել «Հայփոստ» ՓԲԸ-ում ընդունված որևէ որոշման արդյունքում:
2020թ. ընդունված «Պետական կենսաթոշակի մասին» օրենքի համաձայն՝ 2021թ. հունվարի 1-ից բոլոր նոր կենսաթոշակառուները Երևան, Գյումրի և Վանաձոր քաղաքներում իրենց կենսաթոշակները պետք է ստանան անկանխիկ՝ բանկային քարտերով: Բացի այդ գործող թոշակառուները կենսաթոշակին առնչվող որևէ փոփոխության դեպքում(լիազորված անձի փոփոխություն, կենսաթոշակի տեսակի փոփոխություն, հաշմանդամության կարգի փոփոխություն, կենսաթոշակ վճարման վերսկսում, կենսաթոշակ ստանալու իրավունքի վերականգնում, կենսաթոշակի վերահաշվարկում) Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության կողմից նույնպես ուղղորդվում են կենսաթոշակի անկանխիկ վճարման եղանակի:
«Հայփոստ» ՓԲԸ-ն հայտնում է, որ դեռևս հոկտեմբեր ամսին դիմել է Կենտրոնական բանկին՝ էլեկտրոնային փողի թողարկման թույլտվություն ստանալու համար, որը հնարավորություն կտա շարունակել կենսաթոշակների բաշխման գործընթացը «Հայփոստ»-ի միջոցով ինչպես բաժանմունքների, այնպես էլ հասցեական առաքման միջոցով: Թույլտվության տրամադրման գործընթացը դեռևս չի ավարտվել:
Ակնկալում ենք, որ հնարավորինս սեղմ ժամկետներում Կենտրոնական բանկը «Հայփոստ»-ին կտրամադրի համապատասխան թույլտվություն, և «Հայփոստ»-ը կկարողանա սպասարկել կենսաթոշակառուներին առավել հարմար եղանակով:
Հիշեցնենք, որ կենսաթոշակի վճարման գործընթացի այս փոփոխությունը վերաբերում է այն կենսաթոշակառուներին, ովքեր նոր են ձևակերպում իրենց կենսաթոշակը, կամ կենսաթոշակին առնչվող որևէ փոփոխություն են կատարում:
Այն կենսաթոշակառուները, որոնց մինչ այժմ սպասարկել է «Հայփոստ»-ը, կշարունակեն իրենց կենսաթոշակները ստանալ «Հայփոստ»-ի միջոցով»:
